seven. READY?

THE next day, the recruits were back to doing tests and seeing if they could achieve them. Merlin and Valerie sat at their desks as they followed the red dot of where the jet was flying. In the jet were the recruits that are left over.

Their test right now is to jump out the jet and see how well they work together.

"Fuck. Fuck. Fuck." They hear Roxy repeat, clearly in fear.

"What? Don't like heights?" Eggsy questions. Just hearing his voice made Valerie smile and blush lightly. Merlin notices and chuckles.

"Someone has a crush." Merlin's mocks, in a singing voice. Valerie turns her head to face Merlin and glares at him.

"Shut up. I do not." She said. "Let's continue working." She then adds and facing the screen.

"Listen up. Your mission is to land in the target without the radar detecting you. If I read you on the radar, or you miss the target, you go home. Is that understood?" Merlin explains. "Drop zone coming up, twenty seconds." He also says. Valerie felt her stomach drop. She hopes that Eggsy passes the test.

"Eggsy, I really don't think I can do this." Roxy speaks.

"Of course you cant." Charlie mocks. "Head to the back and I'll show you how, yeah?" He continues. Valerie rolls her eyes at the mans cockiness and hopes that he fails the test.

Just then, the four men jumped out. Leaving Eggsy and Roxy behind.

"Eggsy, wait! Hang on!" Roxy cries.

"Roxy, just stop fucking about it. Follow me, yeah?" He says. "Come on." He adds and falling out of the jet. Eggsy notices Roxy still hasn't jumped out and shakes his head. "Roxy, it's now or never." He states. "Jump!" Roxy takes a deep breath and jumps out.

"Good girl, Rox." Valerie whispers to herself.

"I'm glad you made it." Eggsy says, looking at her with a toothy smile. She chuckles and watches as all the recruits cheer in excitement. Glad that they all jumped out the jet.

"My, my, you're al very cheerful." Merlin comments. "Did you really think it was going to be that straightforward?" He then questions, killing everyone's happiness. "Any idiot can read a heads-up display. A Kingsman agent needs to be able to solve problems under pressure. Like what to do when one of your group has no parachute." Merlin says. Everyone eyes widen in fear.

"What no parachute!" One of the recruit yelled in fear.

"Shit!" Another yells.

"Who?" The other questions, looking around.

"Fuck. Which one? What do we do?" Roxy asked.

"I told you. Aim for the target. Come in under the radar. And I hope not to be scraping one of you up. But if I do have to, and you're inside the target... please know I'll be very impressed." Merlin says, taking a sip of his coffee.

"Fuck!" Eggsy yells.

"Oh, shit!" Another screams.

"Everybody listen, I've got a plan!" Eggsy says. Pair off! Grab the closest person to them." Eggsy orders. They do as Eggsy says and grabs each other hands. But one dingus didn't.

"Rufus, come on!" Roxy calls.

"Fuck!" Rufus said.

"Rufus!" Eggsy orders.

"Shit! I can't!" Rufus says. Pulling the strings and letting his parachute come out. "Fuck! Thank God!" Rufus sighs. Happy to know that he's not the one without a parachute.

"Rufus, you wanker!" Eggsy yells. Clearly annoyed and angry by Rufus action and ruining the plan. "Shit, we're an odd number now!" He adds, but he quickly came up with another idea. "Quick, make a circle!" Eggsy orders.

"Fuck, he's right! Boys, let's do it." Charlie says. They all hold hands and continued to do as Eggsy says.

"We pull our cords one by one! When we know who's fucked, the person on their right grabs them." Eggsy plans.

"Okay, Eggsy." Roxy nods.

"Good plan, Eggsy. You have 30 seconds." Valerie informs, biting her nails a little in nerve.

"Come on now, hurry." Eggsy says.

"Me first!" One of the recruits says. He pulls the string and see he has a parachute. "Fuck! Yes!" He cheers.

"Okay, me next." The other spoke. He also had a parachute. "See you on the ground, boys." He then says with a smile.

"Now me." Charlie said. He as well had a parachute. He laughs and watches Roxy and Eggsy continue falling.

"Fuck!" Eggsy yells. "Roxy... no matter what happens now, I've got you, all right?" Eggsy reassures. Roxy nods her head, "Okay, Eggsy." She said. Valerie and Merlin watched the screen, nervously. Merlin had even dropped his cup of coffee because he was so focused on the screen.

"Yours first, okay?" Eggsy says.

"Yep." Eggsy clings himself onto Roxy and pulls her string. She had a parachute. "Shit! Shit! Shit! Rox! Fuck." Eggsy freaked. Holding onto Roxy very tightly. He was sliding a little, Roxy was screaming in fear, and they both looked at each other screaming.

They soon reach the floor. Landing into the K. Everyone else was there waiting for them.

After Eggsy and Roxy calmed down, they took off their helmet and stood in line with the rest of the recruits.

"Hugo, Digby. You don't land in the K, you're not in the K. Rufus, you opened too soon. You were all over the radar. All three of you, pack your bags, go home." Valerie orders, raising her eyes from the tablet. She watched as they all walk away ashamed.

"Eggsy, Roxy, congratulations. You set a new record. Opening at 300 feet ... that's pretty ballsy. Well done for completing another task. Fall out." Merlin says to Roxy, and Eggsy, and Charlie as well. Roxy and Charlie walked away but Eggsy stood behind.

"Sorry, sir. But why the fuck did you choose me as the gimp? Am I the expendable candidate?" Eggsy rants. Valerie shook her head and when she listen to Eggsy rant.

"No, no, no. You don't talk to me like that. You have a complaint, you come here and you whisper it in my ear." Merlin says, cutting Eggsy off from his rant. Eggsy releases an annoyed sighed and walked close to Merlin. Before he even got the chance to speak, Merlin pulls Eggsy's string and his parachute came out. The wind blew and pulled Eggsy back. Valerie chuckle at the scene and watch Merlin walk away with a smile.

"You shouldn't have gotten smart with Merlin, mate." Valerie spoke, holding her hand out. Eggsy laughs a little and grabs her hand. He gets off the ground and looks down at Valerie. "Come on, let go inside." She adds with a smile. He nods and follows her back into the HQ.
