How To Get More Followers

I don't have a ton of followers (231) but it's a good amount and I appreciate everyone of them. Here are some tips on getting more of them:

1. Have a good, entertaining biography. You could include what bands you like or TV shows or movies you enjoy. I see a lot of people doing this: OmG! FUckiNg GummY BeArs or SOur Patch KiDz?!@!!!!!!

Don't do that.

Other things you could add: Quotes, Lyrics, Books etc.

2. Update a book with a good story line, once or twice a week. If it gets popular you'll definitely get more followers.

3. Talk to people! I cannot stress enough how much this matters. Wattpad is a writing/reading website, but they have private messaging and message boards for a reason. Just be nice and appropriate.

4. Follow other people. Maybe accounts that don't have many followers or accounts that say that they follow back.

5. Be kind. If they send you a message or comment be as sweet as possible or funny because it grabs attention.

6. Go on random follow sprees. Follow a bunch of people and you will most likely get a couple follow backs.

7. Have interesting reading lists with books that are good. I check out people's reading lists a lot, when I need new stories to read and then I usually follow them if their lists are good.

8. This goes with kindness; Complement people! Tell them you enjoy their stories or you like their profile.

9. Post funny or relatable statuses. I know this sounds stupid, but it can work.

10. Another biography thing: Don't type like this: Omg. I luv ur stry its the bestest thing in the whle world. I luv u so much.

Y did u kill da character? I luvvvveeddd him!!! I h8 u!!!
