"Hi, my name is Yoo Kihy-"
There was an exhale.
"Hello, I am glad to be participating in this year's class- no, no, no, that's too long."
Kihyun stood in front of the mirror. He started to get frustrated. He was a freshman at his new college and needed to greet himself properly without becoming the school's biggest known joke right away. If he messed up once his life would be ruined.
He normally doesn't talk in general due to anxiety. He has always been a quiet kid, making him nervous just to introduce himself to his classes.
Though he had never really talked much, his best friend Lee Minhyuk had always been there for him. Minhyuk was an extrovert and Kihyun was an introvert, making them attract of course.
Minhyuk did most of the talking for Kihyun throughout their years of friendship. Kihyun was thankful to have such a good friend that has dealt with his bullshit for years and hasn't given up on him.
"Kihyun~"
Speaking of Kihyun's best friend, he was also his roommate.
"Yes, Minhyuk?" Kihyun turned around.
Minhyuk had a huge smile on his face.
"Are you ready for our first day of college?"
Kihyun sighed, "I suppose. Hey, you're not even ready."
"Yes I am~" Minhyuk moved Kihyun out of the way to look in the mirror.
Kihyun shook his head.
"A hoodie with ripped skinny jeans is not the way to dress on the first day of school."
Minhyuk rolled his eyes.
"This isn't kindergarten Kihyun, no one cares how you dress."
Kihyun shrugged, grabbing his bag.
Minhyuk grabbed his bag too and they both started walking out.
At the same time a boy across the hall walked out, causing the two boys to clash into each other.
"Shit, I-I'm sorry,"
"Watch. Where. You're. Walking."
Kihyun looked up at the taller, black haired boy.
He had on a black turtleneck followed up with a big, black leather jacket and basic blue jeans.
Kihyun swallowed his saliva and nodded, moving out of the boy's way.
Minhyuk glared at the boy walking out, another boy following behind him. He was also quite tall.
All Minhyuk really saw was short black hair but didn't care about anything else.
"Kihyun what was that ?!" Minhyuk turned to face him.
"Let's just go." Kihyun said looking down and walking down the hallway.
