Jersey Skater

Chapter 3

Tony still in shock he's sitting here on the phone with a sponsor, his very first sponsor.

"Yes, yes I'd love to be sponsored!" Says Tony.

"Ok well my sponsor is called Element, I'm Ron and I only hire the best, I hear your good, and you must be if it's coming from Chad Muska, here's the deal, I wanna form a skate team and you'll be the captain, if you can get 5 more skaters in the team, you have your sponsor" explained Ron.

"Yes sir! I'll get right on it!" Yelled Tony as he jumps out his bed and hangs up the phone.

I run outside with my board in my hand and I go and skate to Eric's house.

"Eric! Eric!" I yell as I'm knocking on his door.

Eric opens the door and looks at me, "shouldn't you be meeting your sponsor?"

"Yes! He called me this morning and explained he wanted to make a skate team! He said I can choose whoever I want to join the team so I'm choosing you dude!" Explained Tony.

"Oh god! Yes yes, let me get my board!" Eric said all excited.

"Ok man, we need to find 4 more skaters to join the team before we meet him" explained Tony.

Eric and I walk down to the skate park to check out some of the skaters so we can choose more skaters for our team.

"Hey, Dillon looks pretty good let's talk to him" suggest Eric.

"Ok great idea, Hey Dillion!"shouted Tony.

Dillion gets off the half pipe and skates toward us, "what's up bros?" Asked Dillon.

"We need to form a skate team and we think your good enough to join, we'll be sponsored by Ron, the creator of element" explained Tony.

"Yeah that'd be awesome!" Said Dillion.

"Awesome! We need to find 3 more skaters though" Tony explained.

Suddenly my phone rings and I pick up, "Hello" says Tony.

"Yo Tony we only need 3 skaters to form a team, you got that?" Asked Ron.

"Yeah! I got Dillon, Eric, and me" explained Tony.

"Ok, you guys head down here and il sign you all up for a sponsor" says Ron as hangs up the phone.

We all skate down to Ron's shop to get the papers signed and get out first sponsor! We open the door and there was Ron.

"Hey guys, just fill out these papers and you'll be my 3 sponsored skaters!" Stated Ron.

The 3 of us signed the papers and handed them to Ron. Ron put the papers in his files and gave all 3 of us new sponsored skateboards.

"You gets head home and get some rest, il call you tomorrow and tell you what's happening" said Ron.

All 3 of us headed home and talked on the way.

"I can't believe we are sponsored skaters!" Eric cheered.

"Yeah! And these boards are awesome! Way better than my shitty old board" Tony added.

"Jake won't seem so cool now will he?" Dillion said in a funny tone.

"Haha ok see you guys tomorrow" Tony says as he walks into his house then soon passes out.

The next morning...

Tony is lying in bed exhausted but excited as he awaits gonna happen today, his phones rings and he quickly picks up.

"Hello?!" Tony said excitedly.

"Tony pack your stuff were going to Minnesota!" Ron says in a excited tone.
