Max p.o.v.
I can't believe he has the nerve to do that to her! He acted like he loved her! Why did she have to fall for him? I'm better for her than she is. I just wanted us.to live in peace for a while. Is that to much to ask?!
I was pacing around the room. It had been 2 weeks since I sent him that message. I have been on edge ever since. I have not let Zoe put of my sight either.
Right know it is 2 in the morning. So she should be asleep. But knowing her she is not. I walk to her room to see if she is asleep and she is not in there. Suddenly I hear a loud crash. I run to the kitchen and find her seeing on the ground and the pancake mix and chocolate chips all over the floor. When she sees me she starts laughing and I do too.
"Do I want to know what happened?"
"Well I was trying to make pancakes and I can't reach so I climbed up to get them and fell of the counter." She said after laughing."
"Okay, how bout you go sit on the couch and I will make you some?"
Okay was all she said before she went to the living room. After about 30 minutes I have her pancakes ready to go. I walked into the living room to find a note. And a water gun?
I have hidden somewhere in the house. Don't worry I made sure all the doors were locked. I have a waterman as well. Come find me. Good luck.
