Goodbye

It has been three weeks since I told Autumn about me moving away. We've spent almost every minute together. I've packed most of my stuff. Since I was leaving in another two weeks, the movers had come to pick up our cargo. I was in an empty house, I looked around the vacant space as a tear rolled down my cheek remembering all the memories I have within these 4 walls. Leaving my country was the hardest thing I have ever faced in my life, not only the country but my best friend as well. 

It was the day I was leaving and all the people I love were there, present in the airport to wish me my last goodbye. Autumn was holding me and refuses to leave, "The last call for Grace Stewart" the announcer yelled out in the mic. "Autumn, I gotta go. I know, I don't want to leave, but my dad is more important to me than my comforts" I say with a small hope that she will understand. She slowly lifted her head up and looked at me in despair, she left me and said "you will be missed Grace, a lot. Words cannot explain but I am happy that you are going to start a new life". 

I really did not understand her meaning of a "New Life" but it kind of made sense. 

After the long and frustrating process, we finally got on the plane. My parents were sitting beside each other and I had a window seat beside some random guy. After I completely settled in my place, I saw a tall guy with a white mask approaching me. He asked, "Is this seat no.37a?" "Yes," I say politely. He sat beside me and removed his mask, "Hi, my name is Jungkook" he said with a bright smile on his face. "Oh, hi, my name is Grace Stewart. Nice to meet you". I found him really friendly and he was so cute. He acts like a 5-year old, I find that really adorable.

It was a complete day journey. Thank the lord I do not have someone strange sitting beside me like it always happens. It is always me with a stranger and awkwardness around. I was able to talk to Jungkook all the way. Luckily, we both are flying to the same city. We both are flying to Daegu. I developed quite a nice impression on the people of South Korea. 

I spent the entire day talking about my past life. He was about to share his, but we reached South Korea already. Time went by at the speed of light. While getting down the flight, Jungkook hugged me and said "Annyeong". I was proud that I knew what he was saying. I wished him goodbye too and left that place to find my parents. After the departure, I went with my family and he went alone to catch a cab.

This cab ride which I was in was amazing. It was probably the best car ride I have ever had. The city is beautiful, it is completely green and is pollution free. I am really happy my dad got the transfer. Surprisingly, I already made a best friend! I never expected moving would be this comfortable and this exciting.

After all of this, I am still worried about school.
