The Invitation

Grace's POV

The school day is long and a lot happened today. It is just the third class and I already have friends! I can't believe this. My first day of school is amazing, except for what happened in the morning. I was waiting for the teacher and Jin notices me sitting alone by the window. He gets up from his place and sits beside me, "If you are sitting here because you are feeling sad about what happened today in the morning, then it is really okay. V just acts weird some days, you can't exactly tell how he will act. He is really confused and he didn't hit Jungkook because of you. You are amazing. Now, please smile". I knew he was lying, at least he tried to make me happy. "Thank you," I manage to smile. He did his signature flying kiss and got back to taking notes. 

The class was over. I leave the classroom as soon as the bell rang and rush to the science room as I have the class with Jungkook. While I was running, I trip over a small rock in the middle of the hallway. Someone held my hands and put me on the floor carefully. I get up to thank the person. Before I could even say thank you, she started ranting "Dude! you have to be careful. You might have hurt yourself really badly, good that I was there, or else you might have been in the nurse's office now and by the way my name is Yoora." 

"Hey, thank you, you are a lifesaver. My name is Grace Stewart nice to meet you".  

"Oh, nice meeting you. I got to go but we can totally hang out at lunch" she said. I wanted to say yes, but I have to sit with th boys.  

"I am so sorry, but I have to sit with the boys today". She looked at me and said, 

"Oh, I sit on the table right beside so it is cool". She completed her sentence with a bright smile and left in hurry. She is genuine. 

 I was walking looking down to the floor, watching out for rocks or anything I could trip on. Then I feel my head touching something, I walked into someone. I look up to say sorry and it was V! 

Shit. Why did I not look in front? Watch where you are walking idiot!

I look up to his face and politely say "I am sorry, now if you will excuse m-" 

"Here is your invitation. All of BTS is coming, you better join too. We will have a perfect party at my place. Make sure you come" He said while handing me over a really fancy card. I went through the invitation before him. I really want to go to the party, I didn't want to seem desperate so I kept it casual with an "Ok," "You will get the rest of your the punishment at my place baby girl" he said with a smirk and left.

V's POV

I was walking down the hallway to English and I see Grace walking alone, I thought it was the perfect time to give her the invitation, I went in front of her thinking that she will notice me, but she was so lost in thoughts that she walked into me! She is stupid. I just handed out the invitation and gave her a description of what is going to happen there. I mentioned that she needs to come twice. She simply said "OK" I mean, I don't know if she is going to come or not. She needs to. It is not her wish.

I was really happy when she said "OK". Grace is slowly falling into my trap. She accepted my invite. She will get the rest of the punishment and will not regret it. It is time for the V magic.

Grace's POV

An invite? The punishment! Oh god, if only I looked up and walked. It is better If I do not go right? NO! I might get more punished if I don't go. 

Oh shit! I check my watch and see that I am 5 minutes late to my class. I ran as fast as I could and enter my class. "You are late," said my teacher while giving me serious looks. "Sorry," I said and notice Yoora waving at me. I go and sit down beside her. 

She tears a huge paper from her book and starts scribbling on it. She hands it to me and asks me to read it. "Hello!" I read it softly. I wrote 'hey' and gave it back to her. We both went on exchanging notes the entire class. 

After class, Yoora and I sat for 15 minutes just getting to know each other better. Yoora is an amazing person, she loves to sing and do literature. She is like the very concerned friend who takes care of everyone. I really enjoy her company.

"It is lunch time!" One of the girls yelled. "I need to go with my classmates. I am sorry" she said and gave me a hug. "Bye," I said and start moving towards the cafeteria.
