Chapter 4: Suspects

RECAP: They stop at the closet door and open the door to see... 

Laurens POV

Alex and I opened the door and saw a mop with a face drawn on it,  there was a note stuck on its face, I read it out loud You wanted to know who I am? You fools, easily falling for everything, I didnt actually think that you,  Alex, would fall for this, but again you always fall for simple things, and you, Lauren, i already knew you would go for something like this, I will ruin your lives, JK, or am I, PEACE OUT BITCHES! -S I then looked up at Alex and he was angry, i could tell because he was kicking lockers, he grabbed the mop set up and threw it at the wall

L: Hey!! HEY!! ALEX!!!
A: WHAT?!

L: Dont throw that it isnt ours!

A: Do you think I care right now????NO I DONT CARE!!

Alex POV

I actually thought that we were going to find the person who texted me  and Lauren, while Lauren was reading the note, I couldnt help but stare at her face, she was so beautiful, i shook my head and looked at the floor, I heard her read out ¨I didnt actually think that you, Alex, would fall for this, but again you always fall for simple things¨ I looked up and started getting angry, whoever this person is, I will fucking kill her/him. I SWEAR TO GOD. I WAS KICKING LOCKERS!!! I then grabbed the mop and almost hit Lauren as I threw it against the wall. I was blurting random things out, Lauren started crying and got out her phone, she called her best friend to make her pick her up. Shit. I made her cry and leave. Shit shit shit. I NEED TO LET HER STAY!! UGHHH That means i have to calm down. I looked at her and walked over. She scooted away as if she was afraid of me, I looked her in the eyes, she had tears rolling down her cheeks, i wiped them away with my hand. She blinked and said that we need to figure out who S is. I looked at her and said ¨I know, but I can give you a ride if thats ok.¨ She looked up at me and said that would work because my friend cant. We smiled at each other. It was silent, and a perfect moment. God, i wanted to kiss her but i dont think this is the right time. Should i? I started to lean in, she closed her eyes and we were so close until a car came and honked, it wouldnt stop moving, so I grabbed her and pushed her out of the way. I had no time to move, the car came and crashed through the window. All i felt was pain. All I could see was darkness. The last words I heard came from Lauren. My mind went blank.  
Lauren POV

The car hit Alex. Why Alex. The car turned and crashed through the other window. Leaving me alone. I rush over to Alex and cry. I hold his hand and try waking him up. I call 911 and see a teacher rush over here. I guess he was here the whole time. He rushed over to Alex and I and said WHAT HAPPENED?? I told him everything, he said he would keep it a secret, for now he is the only one who knows. The ambulence gets here. I get in the back with Alex. I look at the teacher and mouth thank you. They close the doors and drive to the hospital. Once we got there, they took him and rushed to a room. I sat in the waiting area and texted my mom and dad. They came as quick as they could. Once the teacher that knew got here, he called Alexs mom and dad. The teacher introduced himself, his name was Mr. Hale but he said only me and Alex could call him Spencer which was his real name. Alex's parents came and talked with the teacher and my parents, suddenly the doctor rushed out and stopped once he saw us. He looked down at his feet and began to speak...
