Two kind voices spoke to Martha as she wakes up from her nightmare she started to feel safe with Seb and Brody
Martha's PoV
"Yes please that would help"
"Dad came home drunk again and mom was at the club. Dads cruel when he's drunk he hits me and my baby sister Dotty. He started screaming our names down the hallway Dotty couldn't walk so I had to carry her I didn't want to go to him because I knew what would happen but if we disobeyed him he would make the punishment worse. He punished us for no reason he says it's to keep the bad stuff away. I walked into the kitchen with dotty in my arms I looked up his face was angry looking with a smirk to add to it. He took his belt from around his waist and i turned as it came towards me and dotty so it didn't hit her. She started to cry and he grabbed her out of my arms holding her roughly he started shaking her, I screamed at her to stop and let go of her he this time he did he put her down on the kitchen side her head hitting the side. Dad came towards me and slapped me across the face shouting that I shouldn't shout at him. I took Dotty and ran up to my room I put my draws up against the door and held Dotty tight crying myself to sleep." I told them about the nightmare in one go so it was over with tears staining my cheeks the expressions on their faces said it all they comforted me and was there while I calmed down.
Sebs PoV
Martha's childhood must have been awful she told us that the nightmare she just had was about the last time she saw her Dad and she said that he's now in prison where he belongs. I wish she had the childhood that she wanted it's not too late to change Dotty's. I offer to her that they can both move in then me and Brody can be there for them and we can all give Dotty the childhood she wants Dotty's now 5 she still has time.
