"What happened yesterday, I was so confused" said JB. "I'm not sure it was so sudden. But I do know if we don't leave now we'll be late for work" as you pulled him out the door.
You and JB work together at a daycare, JB had told you about the job so you took it not realizing that he worked there too, so now you are business partners.
As you drove to work it was pretty quiet except for the radio. You guys would usually be laughing and talking the whole way there but you were both so tired so the silence was kind of nice.
You parked and both grabbed your stuff and headed inside. When you walked in you saw someone you hadn't seen before. You looked at him for a minute and then walked to the back where the lockers were, to keep your stuff in with JB.
After you both put all your stuff in your lockers, you headed to go get the room ready for the kids (you work at a daycare BTW).
When you were in the middle of sorting the colored pencils and markers, your boss walks in with the mysterious guy trailing behind him.
