Jack walked me to the office liked promised. "We have a new student that needs some help!" Jack says practically screaming it in the office. Everyone looks up but goes back to what they were doing as if he does this all the time. Finally an old lady walks up to us and gives me everything I need for the school day. "I never had the chance to ask what grade your in or even your age," said Jack. " I'm in 10th grade and I'm sixteen years old, almost seventeen." I said. "Well I'm eighteen and graduating this year, luckily you have Zach in your grade, I bet he would be more than willing to help you." Said Jack. In a way he seemed upset saying it, did he not like Zach because there is no way he was jealous over me.
Walking back out to where the rest of the students were Jack still followed but in a way I was following him, I found myself going towards the boys and them welcoming me with smiles. I'm not used to this, none of the boys at my old school even gave one glance at me let alone this. "Got everything you need (y/n)?" Asked Daniel. "Yeah I'm probably gonna get lost though, this school is huge compared to my old one," I said. "Well let me see your schedule," said Zach as he grabs it from my hands. "Would you look at that Cupcake, we have some classes together. It would be my honor to be your personal tour guide for today and very single day after." he said with the hottest look and smirk. I could feel my face fill with blood and my knees start to ache. I couldn't help but to look at Jack glaring at Zach afterwards, did he really hate Zach that much. Thankfully someone broke the tension, a pretty girl with short brown hair almost tackled Corbyn. "Hey, Corbeannnn!" Yelled the pretty girl. From what I could tell the blonde has a girlfriend. "Oh who is this pretty face!" Says the girl with the most welcoming smile. "I'm (y/n), I just moved here," I said. "Well I'm Christina, Corbin's girlfriend. And I would love to talk to you about everything but I have to go with my Corbean. But I'll give you my number so we can be friends, Byeee," she said. She gave me her number and I gave her mine and she left with Corbyn. I'm pleased that the people so far are nice here, but I know it won't last long. "Wow, you give your number to her but not me, I'm hurt," says Jack in a sarcastic way. "She wouldn't give it to you anyways, ain't that right cupcake?" Argued Zach with a smirk followed by a wink. "Hey, I call her cupcake, back off," said Jack. " Wowww, boys lets calm down, let (y/n) breathe for a minute. Don't scare her away now." Joked Jonah. Which he was right my face must have been so red it was burning and I knew everyone could see it. Jack and Zach both gave looks, the kind that means they were gonna talk later. I don't expect any of this on my first day of school. Of all the girls they could "fight" over it wasn't me.
Finally the bell rang for everyone to go to glass, but I stood still frozen not knowing where the hell I was gonna do or go. Suddenly I felt a hand come around me touching my back, which pushed my back to reality. "We have first period together just follow me," said Zach with a cute smirk. Following Zach I couldn't help but to look around the school. I saw all the boys go to their classes, each giving me a smile and wave. I saw jack last and he didn't look too happy. He just gave me a sad smile as if I did something wrong. Thankfully Zach and I made it to first period which was Biology. Everyone sat in their seats and I went straight to the teacher to give him the papers. "Welcome, I'm Mr. Paul, your biology teacher, find yourself an available seat so we can get started." He said. As I turned around I saw all the seat were full except for one which was right next to Zach. I could over hear him arguing with another guy saying to find a new seat and to get over himself, I can't believe he did that just so I had to sit with him. "Would you look at that cupcake, looks like me and you are partners!" Zach said with a huge grin. "Lucky me!" Said with a flirty smile. During the whole class Zach wouldn't stop looking at me, every two minutes he was smiling at me or glancing my way. I couldn't help but get nervous, I just meet him today and he won't stop looking at me. I was convinced something was on my face or my hair was messed up because I don't understand why. Towards the end of the class the same guy that Zach kick out of his seat poked my back, I couldn't help but jump since I get scared so easily. The same time I turn around to see if it was him Zach turns to see who touched me. "Hey I'm Dean, I would love to show you around if you need help around the place," he said with a cocky look. Before I could answer Zach did for me. "No she wouldn't Dean, why don't you go find some other girl to suck you and leave her alone." He said with a pissed off face and fist formed. My mouth never dropped so fast after those words came out of his mouth, I couldn't help but to just stare at both of them waiting for what was gonna happen next. "Oh come on Zach, you can't have the new girl all to yourself, plus I know what she wants," Dean said with a cocky smile. Right in that moment Zach got up and punched him right in the face knocking the wind out of him. "Boys! Calm down, Dean get up and go to the nurse. Zach sit and chill," said Mr. Paul. "Holy shit, why did you do that!?" I said shocked. "No one disrespects my cupcake," he said with the famous smirk and a wink. I was lost for words at this point. No one has ever done that for me. Why me. What's happening?
Thankfully the period was over and the bell rang to go to second period. "I hope I didn't scare you (y/n), he is just known for messing with girls and breaking their hearts. I didn't want that for you," said Zach with an apologetic smile. "No you didn't, it's just that no one has ever done that for me before. I'm just shocked that's all." I said shaking. Before I could say anything else jack showed up out of nowhere. "Hey (y/n), do you think I can steal Zach away from you. I need to talk to him. Will you be okay finding your next class?" Said jack. "Yeah I'm fine go ahead," I said with a fake smile. In reality I wasn't okay with that. I didn't know where the hell I was going. And I'm too shy to ask someone else to help me so I was stranded. I couldn't help but to overhear Jack and Zach conversation though, they were talking about me? Both of them looked so mad at the other. I couldn't help but to hear my name throughout the whole time. Were they seriously fighting over me?
