Summary:

Anne Woods had just moved in the quiet little town and was also the new girl at Bridgestone high school. As soon as she entered the school everyone started to talk because it had been a while since a new student had transferred there. Everyone had thought she was beautiful, no doubt about it, and immediately boys started to hit on her and girls wanted to just physically hit her. But something was off about Anne and Liam noticed it right away. How Anne seemed to instantly frighten when a male would talk to her and how she was awfully quiet and didn't like talking to people. She didn't like attention not one bit and seemed to be a loner. Not because nobody wanted to be her friend — but because she didn't want them. Being nice, Liam decides to try and befriend Anne but when he soon discovers that her life might be more serious than it seems he gets more involved and tries to help her all he can. This quiet little town is going to find out what really happens in the Woods residence, and it won't be quiet anymore once the secret is out.

This book is so good even though it's on hold! I wish it wasn't but I COMPLETELY understand writer's block, having that I have that right now with my book, Saving Danny! I can't wait for the next update! This book is super duper uber good, even though it is quite sad, and has a better underlying meaning. The author is amazing as well, being that she gave me some amazing advice when I started writing! Thanks so much again for that! :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND
