A small girl was sitting in her room, reading. Her parents were out, but her beautiful Siberian Husky called Beauty was asleep in the kitchen. The girl had just finished reading a chapter when she heared movement behind her.
Turning around, she saw a young girl...some at the age of 16 sitting on her bed. "Who are you?" she asked the girl who was sitting on the bed. "Hi, My name's Lilian!"
"I don't care what your name is, I asked who are you!"
Lilian gave a laugh and stood up. Then she kicked the ground lightly and flew around the room. "What the..."
"Now, don't worry about anything Amira! I'm just a ghost." Lilian said cheerfully. Amira gulped. "Where do you know my name? What do you want from me? How did you get into my house?"
"Please slow down...I don't have a long memory." Lilian giggled.
"Every ghost...every creature knows your name, Amira"
"How come?" Amira snapped. Lilian sighed. "Of course. Gorden did warn me this might happen." Lilian muttered. "Who's Gorden?" Amira asked. "Who's Gorden?!? Who's Gorden?!? Of course, of course..." Lilian growled. "You are coming with me, young lady!" "I'm not going anywhere!" Amira protested.
"Your parents know about this, dont worry and let's go!" Lilian took Amira's hand, turned and vanished.
Amira's Pov
She grabbed my arm and suddenly everything vanished. I though that when ghosts touched you, you couldn't feel it...but I was wrong.
We found ourselves in a room. Another man was standing with his back to us. Lilian bowed and said: "The girl is here to see you Hades." The man turned. He had a kind face and he wore a warm smile. "I see," he said. "I'll leave you here now, Amira," Lilian said.
Then she vanished.
"Well, well, well... Who do we have here?" the man called Hades asked. He put on some glasses and turned to take a piece of paper from a table that stood behind him. He gave it a look, then replaced it on the table.
"Lily Amira Gorden, age 12. Born in Estonia, Tallinn. Moved to UK last year. Is that correct, young lady?" he asked. I felt a trickle of fear in me, as I stood gaping at him. "You're a ghost, right?" I asked. The man gave a laugh and shook his head. "I am your teacher. My name is Hades Melongbourt, but you will call me Hades. Understand?"
I didn't answer, but I felt a question rising in me. "What will you teach me?" I asked. "Well being the Guard of the Magic isn't the easiest job, what do you think, my dear young ruler?" he laughed. Blimey, that man laughed a bit too much!
