Izuku is a half mermaid and half human and she can transform either human nor mermaid and also like the legends said and if you capture the mermaid and they can grand any wish but only once per life but it's hard to capture a mermaid because few mermaid are half sirens that can lure anyone specially if is a sailors , pirates , vikings and they can make illusion and some eats human and even merman but izuku's dad is different and he meet inko , izuku's mother that she save him from the sailors and then after years and they have a daughter and then they been found out and izuku's dad run away with his daughter and escape in the ocean and then after 3 years and izuku wants to meet her human mother and then her father agree in condition to avoid being a mermaid and she agree

Talking to animals
She can communicate with other animals and myths that is hinding
Breathing water
She can breathe underwater as long she can
Siren song
She can make illusion and can lure anyone in the water and drown them and eating them but izuku hates eating human meat and she can hypnotize and can make a slave anyone who can hear there song
Wishing
She can grant only 1 wish to anyone but she can grant many wishes if she wish by herself not anyone and if anyone capture them and using their wishing and they might either die or slowly dying from the wish that they didn't come from them
Bubble dome
She can make a dome made of a giant bubble and can make any quirks crazy or against their user and disobey them
Creature summoning
She can summon any creatures and specially any water creature and water guardians
Judgement
She can see if anyone if there were good or bad and if good and the would be light like a feather or bubble and if your bad and that would be heavy than 10 ton metal object or more like heavier that any heaviest thing in the whole world or planet or earth
