Zach POV( Start of the Morning till at school)
I woke up feeling a regret. I knew how I sounded last night when I talked to Lauren. I heard her say 'sorry' last night when she was leaving my room. I pretended to sound annoyed to her and I regret that but I have to keep doing it. Its for Her. I don't want her to get hurt.
The truth is, its Alyson. She told me to stay away from Lauren and be with her or she will hurt Lauren. I want Lauren to be safe but I feel guilt at the same time.
I got out of my bed thinking about everything that can happen. I took a shower, changed and went out to the kitchen. I saw Lauren eating, about to finish her food. I was on my phone texting my friend.
"Good morning Zach" Lauren said, A smile on her face. And food.
"Morning" I said, trying to sound annoyed the best I can
"Is anything wrong?" She asked
"No I'll be going now" I said walking out and slamming the door behind me. I knew she said something but I didn't hear it. I just went to the parking lot and went to school.
School(still Zach's POV)
I arrived at school and saw Alyson walking to my direction. Time to act like I care. I gave her a smile. I fake one. But I made it look real.
"Hi Zach" Alyson said hugging me
"Hey" I hugged her back
We walked down the to the building and I saw some of my friends and said 'hi' to them. A minute later, I saw Lauren talking to Jessica. Alyson tugged my Jacket and held my hand.
"What are you looking at?" She asked making me look at her
"One of my friend. He owes me something, I'm looking for him" I lied
"Oh okay" Alyson said hugging me
She's being too clingy and I hate it. Its annoying but I gotta act like its fine. About 2 minutes later she held my hand and we walked to the hallway. I turned around and saw that Lauren was crying. She didn't see me looking at her, but she saw me and Alyson Holding hands. I didn't expect her to cry. I felt guilt, I knew I was wrong and I need to talk this out with her. I saw her ran to the girls bathroom when the bell rang.
Lauren POV
I went to the bathroom when the bell rang. I wiped my face so it didn't look like I cried. I cleared my mind for a little bit, then head out to go to my class. I hope Zach would talk to me about this so I don't have to cry and and get over him already.
Time skip to end of school~
I head out the school building going to the parking lot where my car was. I heard someone calling me but, I ignored it. Unless its Zach, and It is because I need an explanation.
"Lauren, I'm sorry" Zach said looking down
"For what?" Did he see me cry this morning?
"I saw you cry this morning, and I know its about me and Alyson, I want to explain" I nodded and he explained.
"Alyson wants me to date her and leave you alone, or she will hurt you, Lauren, i don't want you to get hurt and you're the only girl I've love in my life." He said looking hopeful. Those words made me tear up. I saw Zach looked at me and saw that I was crying "I'm really sorry Lauren, Please don't cry, i would do anything I can to protect you from her. I promise." I hugged Zach and he hugged me tighter. I cried in in his arms. We pulled apart and saw him in tears too.
"Thank you Zach, but next time tell me so I wont have a heart attack okay?" I smiled
"Okay" He smiled back
"I'll race you home" I said getting in my car. He looked at me.
"Sure" He said running to his car, a few parking away.
We both started our car and went off to the road.
Skip to the next day, Last class period
"Zach, I need you to Flirt with Alyson. I will walk over to you and do something" I explained
"What something is it?" Zach asked Smirking
"Stop smirking Zachary and just do it" I said and pushed him to the building.
He went to Alyson who was now all over him. I walked to Zach, pulled him and kissed him in the cheek. There were people in the hallway that looked and were shocked, I held Zach's hand and looked at Alyson.
"Get your hands of my Man you, B*tch!" Alyson said With and anger and annoyance
"First of all, hunny, He's my man and second, Calling me b*tch is calling me beautiful. Because you know, B*tch is is female dog, dog is an animal, animals are part of nature and nature is beautiful. Thank you very much." I said with sass (I'm Sorry, its bad TT)
"I will warn you, I swear you'll regret doing that" She said angrily
"You mean, you will regret doing that? You only date Zach because you want to be popular. I know your parents work for my Parent's company and you only got to this school because of my dad paying for you. If you're dad wasn't working on my Company. You'll be out there. And If you threaten anyone else in this school. Your parents can loose their Job any second. And that attitude of yours? No one really likes it. So if you would change your mind and just be a normal person, I feel like people would appreciate that." I threatened her loud enough for everyone to hear. She looked scared and Sorry. I looked around and people were looking and were shocked with what I said
"N p-please don't. I'm Sorry" She look like she was about to cry, but she held it in
"You know Alyson, If you want to be popular or well known, at least do it with a good decision and good cause because being fake doesn't mean you'll be popular and you expect people to accept it. You're being a bully. You think that would make you popular but it doesn't. It makes you look like a loser because people hate you. Just an advice but, change at least your attitude" When I was done talking I looked up to Zach and he was amused
I grabbed Zach out of the School and went to the parking lot to his car leaving everyone that was watching inside amused. We drove off and It was a silent ride home. Zach has his mouth open looking at me, then the road, then at me, then the road, then the duck that was walking by at the park, then the road.
