"let's go to the park sometime before saturday"

"yeah, sure"

"is wednesday after school fine?"

his eyes sparkled, and they sparkled so much. as cliché as it is, it was distracting and hard for me to concentrate.

"um, yeah"

"ok great! see you there"

he quickly went in for an embrace while my heart stopped. although it was a friendly hug, I felt so much more then intended.

"wait!" I called out for him as he was heading towards the school parking lot.

"d-don't you have a girlfriend? wouldn't she be wondering a-about us?"

"no, no. she's fine with it. well, see ya!"
