Ev's P.O.V:

It was already dawn and i'm tired but I don't show it. We pass a sign that says welcome to Kansas. I sigh and keep driving. As we pass some walkers we start to see more buildings come to view. I turn on the radio expecting nothing to be on but it's worth a try right? Well, I was right because there was this person talking about there being a walker invasion coming soon. I look over to nick and see he's passed out. I look in the back and doc is awake and reyn seems to be asleep too. I give doc a look meaning tell the others and he gave me a nod. I got out of the car and gave nick a kiss on the head before I left to find a place to hide from the walker invasion. I walk all over the place in and out of buildings until I found a morgue looking place and I thought it was perfect because walkers aren't smart enough to open things like these. I run back to the cars and see them all fighting walkers.

"HEY EVERYONE LETS GO I FOUND A PLACE TO HIDE" I yell out to them

They all come running over to me and I lead the way to the morgue looking place. We get inside and I check each slot to see if there are any walkers and there is none inside of them

"Okay first is doc" I said and he climbs in. I shut it and open another one

"Next is jane" I tell her and we do the same thing like we did with doc. One after the other there was only one slot left and nick and I were the only ones left. Some had to room with each other which was fine with them

"Together?" I ask and he nods

When I get inside I realize all of the slots are connected so there are no walls separating us. Nick somehow shuts the door behind him and we talk with seth and hunter

"Okay everyone, no matter what we all need to be quiet" I told everyone and they gave me an okay

All of a sudden we hear the door slam open and a lot of groaning and moaning. I made the shush motion to seth and hunter and they gave me a nod. While the invasion was happening I get a flash back to when I first saw the walkers. I guess I was way deep into thought because nick was shaking me but not saying anything

"Are you okay?" he whispers

"Yeah just a flashback" I whisper

"Let's hear it" seth whispered and hunter and nick nod their heads

"Okay well it was when I first saw the walkers. It was when I came back home one night with blood all over me because I was helping someone who got ran over by a car and when I walked through the door my mom was yelling at me thinking I killed someone and I told her I was trying to help someone and she didn't trust me because of when I went to juvie then that one place. I don't blame her for not believing me, but at the time she should have. After the argument I went up to my room and I heard screaming come from death's room. I ran so fast to his room I felt like the flash" I whispered trying to put a joke in the story, "And there was a walker inside biting him. I grabbed the nearest sharp object by me and tried to kill it. When I first stabbed it the walker didn't die yet. It looked me right in the face and started choking me. Thats when I stabbed it in the forehead and the grip became loose. I kicked it and ran to my room and grabbed my gun and went back to death's room. I aimed the gun at him and he looked scared. I put the gun down and went over to help him. I drag him to my parents car and when we pass the kitchen I see my parents in a pool of their own blood. That's when I ran, but I didn't leave without my gun. I grabbed an extra gun for death and then we left. After driving for a while we found a camp where I found doc and some other people. They took us in and I only told doc about the situation between death and his bites. He told me there was this lab he used to work in that would be perfect for death to be tested in and we got consent from death about it and we started traveling and here we are now" I said smiling at all of them. I cuddle into nick until we can get out

"Ew please do that somewhere else" seth said turning away from us. We all just laugh at him silently and went back to what we all were doing. Absolutely nothing.
