At school the next day I walk into my first period and I automatically see Jax. He looks at me and smiles. He walks towards me and he says
"Hey."
"Do you go here now" I say.
"Yeah I just applied, they let me go here and I like band, and I need to keep and eye on you" he says.
I blush and look down, he puts his hand on my chin and lifts up my head. I realize the people are frozen. He kisses me deeply, and I kiss back, he stops. He walks back to his seat, and time continues. My lips swollen and I go to set up my instrument.
When class starts I go sit in my seat an Mr.Jones says
"Good morning class today we have a new student and he plays the, the, the... what do you play?"
"I play any instrument, clarinet, flute, trombone, tuba, guitar, percussion, trumpet, violin..." Jax says.
"Okay then, can you show us" Mr.Jones says.
"Yes sir" Jax says.
Jax looks at me and asks
"Can I use your clarinet for a sec."
"Sure" I say in a blush.
I hand him my clarinet and he starts playing it sounds beautiful. Almost better than me.
" I just started learning, maybe Bailey could show me some time. I'm pretty sure she is good at blowing a clarinet." He says.
Blushing even harder.
"Mr.Jones do you have a guitar?" He says.
"Yes I do" Mr.Jones says.
"Can I play it please" he says.
"Sure" Mr.Jones says intrigued.
Mr.Jones hands him the guitar and Jax starts to play it, and sounds like heaven its self, then all of a sudden he starts to sing, and I couldn't help but stare at his lips, then all of the sudden the bell rings, which brings me back to reality. I pack up and Jax winks at me before leaving, and Mr. Jone says goodbye to Darliyah with a smirk.
I walk to my second period and automatically see Lucas, he walks up to me and smiles, and says
"Hi I've missed you"
"It's been a day" I say.
"Well I missed you" he says.
All of a sudden I hear a voice in my head saying to run, it kinda sounding like Jax but I look at Lucas he blinks and when his eyes open they are red then he blinks again and they're normal.
I hear the scream in my head again saying to run and I do, I run out the door pushing past people. I run out the door and everything is frozen. Birds, cars people walking.
I hear footsteps behind me and turn around and see Lucas. He looks me in the eye. His eyes now red. I see in the background behind Lucas is Jax running towards us. And I see flames form in his hands. I feel the electricity spurning through my veins. I put my hands up and Lucas flys backwards and stops in mid air. Frozen. Jax runs toward me and hugs me.
