"You need to leave now! Take my daughters and protect them! I love you, be safe!" A woman her sister on the cheek and her sister vanished.
"You can do this, your children won't grow up without a mother." The remaining woman whispered to herself. She held up a pocket watch and shouted. "Come to me!"
A tall man appeared in front of her. She threw the watch in the air, waved her hand and the locket flew into a trunk on the other side of the room
"I made this for you," The woman pulled a vial from her jacket pocket. "The most powerful potion ever made."
"A potion can't stop me! Not even your 'most powerful potion ever'. Now give me your children's powers!" The man shouted.
"I'm afraid I can't do that, their magic is bound!" The man created a ball of fire and threw it at the woman. She quickly waved her hand and reversed the path of the fireball.
"Stupid witch!" He threw another fireball. She waved her hand again, this time enveloping the fireball in ice. "But I guess I can settle for just your powers." The man closed his eyes and began to shake, two identical men appeared next to him.
"That isn't one of your powers, you can't do that!"
"I'm a warlock, I steal powers, remember?" The clones both pulled out daggers. The woman waved her hands, freezing the men to the floor. The two clones threw their daggers at her. She ducked and the daggers hit the wall. The man melted the ice freezing the clones to the floor, setting them free. The three men vanished and reappeared in different parts of the room.
The woman had no idea which one was the original. Her potion needed to be used on the original to kill the warlock. She started a snow storm in the room blinding the three men. She ran to a book and flipped through it and found a spell to distinguish a clone from it's master. She began to chant the spell:
"Clone of magic in my sight,
Let your master shine so bright,
Reveal your master so I can see,
Reveal your master please to me!"
The storm cleared from the room and the woman saw that one of the men was glowing, the spell had worked. The woman threw the potion, as the bottle left her hand she felt a sharp pain in her back. One of the men had stabbed her giving them all her powers.
Before the potion could reach the man, he froze it with the powers one of his clones had stolen from the dying witch. He took this as an opportunity, he could steal her book, the Book Of Shadows. The man walked over to where the woman lay dying by her book. But as the woman breathed for the last time the book moved on to the next owner, her younger sister.
"Where's the book!?" The man asked the woman.
"Gone." The woman whispered her last words.
"Damn it!" The man threw a fireball in frustration and the room started on fire. The clones disappeared and the man vanished leaving the house to burn.
Sirens blared in the distance, someone had called in the fire. People from the neighbourhood began to gather around the house curious about what had happened.
The second woman appeared back in the now burning room.
"Christine?"
