(I am going to skip some stuff to fit it in the rwby universe)

No one pov.

Our story starts off with a man in a crows nest staring bravely into the distance. A flag waves furious in a small breeze until it flies off. Watching it he grabs a rope and jumps off landing seconds later in 3 inches of water. The man sighs and turns with a smile to see a boy at least 16 throwing water off the ship. The boy is in a leather coat just like the older man. The man grabs an extra bucket and starts helping before he sees a sign. 'Welcome to Port Royal in the Atlas kingdom.' Underneath it was 3 noose all with decaying skeletons. One had a sign around its neck. 'Pirates ye be warned.' The man nudges the boy and they take off their caps and give a salute.

"So Jack, how are we going to get it back?" The boy asked as he put his hat back on and continues to throw out water.

"Nathen I told you, it's either captain or Dad." Jack sorry Captain Jack said as the boat springs another leak causing more water to flood into the boat. "And we're going to do it our way." Captain said with a smirk.

In Port Royal at the Governors house lays a young lady having a dream of a boy she saw in the water. She was shook awake by a maid and told to get dressed as her father walked in. "Ah Elizabeth, your up. I hope you are live enough to attend commodore Norringtons promotion today." The man said as Elizabeth waist was being crushed. "Are you alright?"

"Yes father, it's just this dress is very tight." She responded.

"Well I'm told it's the latest fashion from Atlas." The Father said.

"Women in Atlas must have learned not to breathe." Elizabeth said.

"Well I'll leave you to getting dressed." Her father said leaving. Downstairs stood a young man holding a long case messing with a candle on the wall before breaking it and looking around worried before dropping it in a bin as the governor walks down some stairs.

"Ah mr. Turner I see you have got my delivery just as I asked." The governor said.

"Yes sir." Turner said before opening the case and showing a long sword. "All made to your request. Perfectly Balanced." He starts swinging the sword a bit and ends in a bow with the hilt towards the Governor.

"Tell your master fine work as always." The governor said as Turner got an annoyed look before smiling.

"Of course sir." He said putting the sword backing in its case.

"Ah Will!" Elizabeth says happily walking down the stairs.

"Miss Swan." Will Turner said bowing.

"Will how many times do I have to tell you? Call me Elizabeth." She smiled.

"Once more miss Swan." Will smiled.

"Ah such amazing manners." The governor said smiling. "Alright Elizabeth we have to get going." The governor said leaving with Elizabeth. Will walked out after and sighed whispering Elizabeth before walking down the road.

Back at the Dock, people are rushing around working before one noticed Captain Jack standing on the mast again and his son sitting on it with his feet touching the water. Everyone watched as it somehow gilded right up to the dock then stopped after it was completely underwater. Jack stepped off as Nathen climbed on after him before both being stopped. "It's 1 lien to tie up your boat and I shall need a name. Jack pulls out 3 lien.

"How bout 3 lien and we forget the name?" Jack smirked as his son shook his head chuckling.

"Welcome to Port Royal Smiths." The dockmaster said as Jack and Nathen walk off but not before stealing a bag of money off the dock masters podium.

"You really know how to make people see the other way don't you dad?" Nathen asked smiling as they walked through the town.

"Yep. Well you know me. Now I'm going to steal a ship, you take some money and go get some rum kay Savy?" Jack said before they went separate directions. Jack down to the Navy docks. Nathen to the nearest inn.
