I woke up with a laptop on my bed and Stefan on the chair in my room. I was a little scared at first, the only person that I had woken up with in my room in the past 50 years was Jasper. I missed Jasper so much... I wish I had of gone with him. But this would be good for me being with Stefan again is always good.

I woke Stefan up told him to go get ready but before he did he decided to open the curtains. When I saw my self shimmering I knew that I should make myself like Stefan's kinda vampire so I told him "close the blinds" he closed the when I was done he opened them and I started burning I forgot about my ring I ran into the closest spot with shade and yelled "Close the damn window" he did

"Where is your Salvatore ring" he asked

once he had closed the blinds I came out of the shadows and said

"I put it on the nightstand" Damon walked in with my ring on his finger and said "looking for this?" I went up to him and tried to grab it but he pulled away "this isn't funny I need to go to school" I said

"And here I thought I would have the pleasure of spending all day with you" I was being sarcastic as always. He threw my ring, I ran and caught it, told Stefan to go get ready and the went to go shower.

After my shower I got dressed did my hair. I was a little afraid to walk past the open window but after I realized I wasn't shimmering or burning I realized it was okay. I walked down stair told Stefan to come to the door and we were on our way to school. Damon watched me from the window as I pulled out with Stefan I pretended not to notice but I just wanted to apologize for what I put him through all those years.

When I got to school everybody was starring at me. It was like they have never seen a girl before once I got to the office the starring stopped. I when to the desk handed the secretary my form and she said this would be a process I did have time for that so I hat compelled her to let me in. The day went by pretty fast but the one thing I kept remembering was Elena saying that there was a cheerleading team here. So after school I went up to what I though was the team captain and asked her I I could join the team but it was really just this girl named Bonnie Bennett. I apologized and the stared talking to her I guess she was one of Elena's friends because when Elena came to the practice they stared talking right away.

Bonnie was really surprised how much Elena and I looked alike and somehow the conversation kept going back to that. I asked Elena a question

"Hey, is the coach always this late?"

"No, Caroline is normally the first one here," Elena responded "but ever since she started dating Damon she's been different"

"Damon is dating the cheer captain he's the opposite of positive and cheery, he's negative an depressing" I was so shocked

"Wait how do u know the Salvatore's so well" Bonnie asked

"Didn't anyone tell you? I'm Stefan's half sister but cause he's my only sibling I treat him like we are full siblings" Bonnie's jaw dropped

"Wait what do u mean half?" Bonnie was still trying to under stand.

"My mom and Damon dad hand an affair and that is how Stefan was conceived" right when I finished Damon's car pulled up with some blond in it. I got up and walked to the car.

"What do u want Damon?" I was mad and frustrated that he was here

"Just dropping off my girlfriend Caroline, you know head of the cheerleaders." I said it in a way I just wanted to punch him. I ignored him and started talking to Caroline

"Hey, I'm Alice Salvatore I was wondering of I could join the team?"

"Yay sure, I just have to see how you do with the moves. Okay?" se said, I nodded. She finally got out of the car and the walked over to Elena and said something. Damon called he back of and she galloped back to him like he was her true love or something. Damon asked her if she wanted him to stay and give her I ride home. I answered for her "No" I said it so fast I could barely believe it

"I wasn't asking you but if I stay for Caroline I guess I could drive you home." Damon was being so snide I was gonna kill him.

"Yes please" Caroline responded. He went to go park is car and the we started to practice.

When practice was over I wasn't ever breaking a sweat but all the on thee girls were ready to pass out. I kind of laughed Caroline started walking towards me

"You made the team congrats, u can come pick up your uniform after our next practice. Okay?"

"Okay,thank you" I was so excited I was gonna go tell Elena and Bonnie( I guess you could call them my new BFFS) but then Caroline told be we were gonna go home know. I was so excited about making the team I didn't even care. I went to sit shotgun and Caroline just gave me this look like I was suppose to move, but I didn't and she sat in the back.

After a car ride of silence we got to Caroline's house and Damon walked her go the door, when they got to the door they started making out. If they didn't stop they would he my lunch come back up. When they finally stopped Damon got back into the car and finally started talking.

"How was your first day of school?" He asked, politely and everything my answer was kinda bitchy though

"Why do you care?" as soon as I said it I regretted it. It was quiet and then I apologized for everything.

"Listen I sorry for being so bitchy. I just don't know how to act Damon, you were my first love, husband and so much more and I know compelling you to forget me was wrong but over the year I would drop in and check on you. You know pretend to be Katherine for a day or something like that. It was wrong for me to take that choice away from you... and I'm also sorry for snapping your neck yesterday. Can you forgive me? Please?"

"Alice, all I ever wanted was to know you. You being in my life makes it better, how about a fresh start"

"Thank you" I said sincerely. For the rest of the car ride it was full of short conversation because ever time he asked me something I ended up talking about Jasper. I had to fix that. Here I wasn't a Cullen, I was a Salvatore. Damon helped fill me in on what happened in Mystic Falls since I was last there. There wasn't that much information to take-in Mystic Falls was a small town. It always had been. When we drove threw the town square a wave of memories hit me like a rock. talking to my friend about the most extravagant parties, talking about boys some how it always came back to the Salvatore brothers, it was a little disgusting because Stefan he's my brother, but I never minded talking about Damon.

We got home and I when into the kitchen to get an apple and Stefan and Zach had went to the store to buy groceries. Did they want me to cook? I hadn't cooked a full meal for my family since 1860 when I left. But, I'll give it a go.

I ended up making an Italian dinner which included salad, garlic bread, pasta, spaghetti and wine. Damon can in at the end and helped me bring the food to the dining room, I guess it was part of forgetting the last 149 years. I called Stefan and Zach they came downstairs and we ate. During dinner is was trying to get a feel for the relationship between Stefan and Damon. I mean they were never that close. They were always arguing because of there father, Giuseppe Salvatore. There father always played favourites with Stefan because he was the youngest and there father wasn't shy about saying how disappointed he was in Damon for leaving the army to marry me. Other then that Damon had some hostile feelings towards Zach, but Stefan and Zach were pretty good. After dinner Stefan and I went upstairs to do homework while Zach and Damon cleaned up downstairs. The easiest thing for me has always been history mostly because I lived through it. Math also came easily cause over the years the times tables and theories have all stuck in my head. English, french and science all came the same. So we finished the homework pretty fast. A little while after we were done our homework there was a ring at the door it ringed a couple times before someone answered it. I guess because Zach is only human. So I ran downstairs opened the doer to see my principle. She wanted to speech to me and Stefan's guardian so I called Zach and Damon down but I didn't understand why she wanted to talk to them

"Zach, Damon my principle is here to see you" I might have emphasized the word principle because I didn't want Damon running down here an us getting exposed.

When they finally got down I told Damon he could have gone a little faster. But as soon as she saw Damon she got the goggly eyes and feel head over heels for him. I knew I would have a problem with her.
