TYSHEEM POV
"One of his labs, he calls them, are located around this area." I pointed at the map laid out on the table.
"So we take it out." Shannon said.
"Yeah, but Amandla and I only." Shannade said. Shannon wide-eyed her.
"What! Why? I have to stay home with this fool. We always do this together. Why?" Shannon asked.
"Fool? I'm gonna pretend like I didn't hear that." I said.
"You're gonna have to stay and watch him. He doesn't have my trust yet."
"You're right. Be careful." Shannon said.
Shannade left.
"I guess it's just you and me." I said.
"Don't even try it."
We sat on the couch, she browsed Netflix. I went to the kitchen and made two sandwiches.
SHANNADE POV
"Get ready, I have a lead on Wilson." I said on the phone to Amandla.
20 minutes later, I pick up Amandla.
We arrive at the lab.
"You know what to do?" I asked; she nodded. We loaded our guns.
We got out of the car, bending, walking slowing toward the front door of the warehouse. We stood beside the door. I nodded at Amandla. She kicked the door in, we stampede inside.
It was empty.
We looked at each other.
"I knew we shouldn't have trust that nigga." Amandla said. We turned to leave, then we doused with bullets. Amandla and I dove under the metal tables for cover, as we shoot back.
I signaled her to leave if we didn't, that would be our end. She nodded.
We got up simultaneously, shooting at them. We're walking back slowly and we reached the car and hopped in. I felt a slight pain as I drove. I started groaning.
"You okay?" Amandla asked. I kept on groaning and I shrugged my shoulders.
"Pull over." She said. I did that, I sat back taking in deeper breaths. She got down and checked my body. Her eyes widened.
