"I wasn't my self for weeks, yet you didn't notice. Either that, or you didn't care enough to confront me."

M/n stood outside of his therapy session, panting like crazy.
The male had dropped Olivia off had an hotel, paying for a room for her. He gave her his old phone and brought her a change of clothes, in the process.
Ten minutes ago, he got a text from Taehyung, saying that he was on his way, causing the younger to immediately run out of the hotel and to his therapy session.
"M/n!" Taehyung called, causing the younger to look up from is phone.
Walking towards the car, M/n slid into the front seat, putting his bag on the floor in between his legs.
"How was your session? Did it help?" Taehyung asked, a little more cheery than usual. Probably since they were going to see their family.
"It was good." the younger answered plainly. He knew it was wrong to lie to his brother, especially about his mental health, but he had gotten to the point of his life that he didn't care anymore.
"Great! I can tell your improving already! You'll be better in no time!" the brown haired male exclaimed. "Mom, dad, and Somi are going to be so happy!"
M/n looked at Taehyung, a small smile on his face. 'Keep dreaming, Hyung' the younger thought.
Driving to their childhood house, Taehyung asked M/n the usual questions 'How was school?', 'Did you talk to your friends', or 'Were they worried. Most of his answers consisted of 'Good', 'Yes', and 'No'.
"We're here!" the older squealed, unbuckling hiss seat belt and running towards the entrance of the house. M/n let out a soft chuckle, doing the same actions but in a much slower manner.
The younger saw how when Taehyung opened the door, their parents welcomed him with open arms and a warm smile. They left the door open, as if to say 'Hey! We saw you, but we're just too busy talking with our other son right now'.
Leaving his book bag in the car, and entering the house, M/n saw both his parents, Somi, and Taehyung sitting on the couch, talking.
He closed the door behind him, admiring the sight. They looked like...The perfect family.
"M/n! Come sit!" Taehyung ushered his younger brother to take a seat next to him.
"My little brother has grown so much!" Somi cooed, pinching Taehyung's cheeks as M/n sat down.
The oldest brother giggled, pulling away from his sister's grasp.
After a couple minutes of the four talking, M/n stayed silent, they made their way to the dining room. Ara, M/n's mother, came in and set the table ware down, letting her wife and three children dig in.
"M/n's been getting better." Taehyung suddenly spoke up, causing everyone to stop. "Isn't that right?"
"I guess." M/n mumbled, looking down at his plate.
The Kim's never were involved with the youngest's life or mental health, everyone except Taehyung that is. The male begged his parents to put their youngest son in therapy, wanting to help him.
"He's promised to make an effort this time." Tae continued, turning to his parents. "He's determined to get better."
"That's amazing. We were so worried when we got the call from the hospital, saying that you tried to commit suicide. Your sister too." Ara replied, grabbing M/n's hand and squeezing it.
M/n nodded, not wanting to say anything, he took a sip of F/d.
Taehyung received a message, checking it as soon as he got it. His members knew that he was spending time with family, so it must've been an emergency. And it was. Taehyung looked up at M/n, looking down at his phone again.
Eventually, the young male got scolded for bad table manners. "Sorry." he muttered, putting his phone away.
--
"Well that was fun." M/n breathed out, a hint of sarcasm in his voice.
Both brothers were sitting in Taehyung's car, driving on their way back to the dorms. The dinner had went surprisingly smooth, despite the fact that Somi didn't utter a word towards M/n.
"Hyung? Are you okay?" the h/c haired male asked the older.
Taehyung stopped at the red light, hitting the steering wheel.
"Okay, I get that your tired and that you want to get home quickly, but hitting things isn't going to hel-"
"Why'd you do it M/n?" Taehyung interrupted, getting a confused look from the other. "Are you even trying?"
"Okay, calm down and tell me what you're talking about."
"The fucking session! The therapy session! Are you even trying to get better?"
M/n's eyes widened, he understood what his brother was talking about.
"Tae, I can explain-"
"No you fucking can't! How do you think it makes me feel? Standing up for you, saying that you're actually trying, only to find out you haven't been showing up for your sessions!"
M/n stayed silent. It was clear that Taehyung was pissed.
Entering the dorms, Taehyung slammed the door shut behind them.
"Can you calm down? You're clearly overreacting." M/n whispered to his brother, knowing that it was late and that the other members were possibly sleeping.
"I'm overreacting? That's fucking great, I'm overreacting?!" Taehyung's voice gradually got louder.
"Yes. You are, now I advise you to lower your voice before you wake up your members." M/n said in a low tone, stepping up to his brother.
The older scoffed. "We are going to find you a new therapist, since this one obviously isn't working. And just to make sure you're attending, I will go with you for every single session. And that is final."
With those final words, Taehyung turned around, storming off towards his shared room with Namjoon.
