A Beautiful Catastrophe (Sebastian Stan)

Chapter 4

Sebastian was sitting in the makeup trailer early one morning as the stylist worked on his hair and another worked on Chris' makeup.
They were laughing over a story that Chris was telling when an assistant poked her head in.

"Sebastian? A woman named Olivia Jones and her son are here, they said they know you. Should I let them in?" She asked, obviously skeptical as to if this was true.

"Yes! Please bring them back," He quickly answered while both of the stylists left to go get different supplies.

"Wait, Olivia? Is that Liv? That girl you've been on about for the past month?" Chris asked.

"Um yeah..." Sebastian reached up and scratched he back of his neck.

"She has a son right?" Chris went on.

"Blake," He nodded before a wide smile appeared on his face. "I always liked kids but I adore Blake."

"Well from what you've told me, they both sound great," He said.

Sebastian smiled but before he could answer, the door opened and Liv barely poked her head in, making sure it was okay to come in. When she saw only the two of them, she opened it farther and Blake hurried inside.

"Sebby!" Blake shouted while running over and jumping into his lap, getting a warm hug from Sebastian.

"Hey! There's my best bud!" Seb grinned.

"Blake, do you want to meet your favorite superhero?"

Blake nodded before he turned to Chris and introduced them. The young boy was, of course, enthralled by him and Chris was more than sweet to him as the two talked. Sebastian took the opportunity to stand up and set Blake down in his seat before he walked over to Olivia.

"I'm glad you could come," He beamed while pulling her in for a tight hug.

"Glad we could come? Are you kidding, this is so exciting! Blake was bouncing off the walls this morning," Liv giggled.

"I think he still is," Sebastian chuckled while looking over to see him drooling over the shield Chris was showing him. "C'mon, I want you to meet Chris."

As they walked over, Blake turned to his mother and buzzed, "Mommy! I got to meet Captain America and he showed me his shield!"

"I know sweetheart," She smiled while Sebastian scooped him up and held him in his muscular arms. "Did you tell him thank you?"

"Thank you," Blake smiled as he wrapped his arms around Sebastian's neck but kept his eyes on Chris.

"You're welcome buddy," Chris patted his back before turning to the beautiful willowy woman standing next to his friend. "So you're the famous Liv. I'm happy I can finally meet you with as much as Seb talks about you."

"Well I've heard a lot about you too and it's lovely to meet you," She put her hand out but Chris just ignored it and pulled her in for a hug, making her laugh. Just hearing her gorgeous laugh put a smile on Sebastian's face.

Shortly after, Sebastian and Chris had to get changed into the costumes and started filming. Liv and Blake spent the rest of the day standing on the side and watching. The young boy was in complete awe as he watched but the day soon passed by and Blake started to yawn. Liv carried him in her arms as she started to make her way through the busy set, but before she got too far away, she heard her name being called out.

"Are you leaving without saying goodbye?" Sebastian asked as he jogged to catch up to her but looked funny with his long hair, black costume and metal arm.

"Is the winter soldier going to stop me?" She teased.

"Considering I can barely move in this costume... probably not," He laughed, causing her to let out a giggle as well.

"I thought you'd still be filming and I didn't want to interrupt, but thank you so much for letting us come today, it was so much fun," Liv said.

"I liked having you guys here," Sebastian replied. "You can come by anytime you want."

She smiled warmly before kissing the top of Blake's head and asking, "What do you say?"

"Thank you Sebby," He said in a tired voice.

"You're welcome best bud," Sebastian ruffled up his dark hair. "And tomorrow after I finish working I'll help you with those lines for your play like I promised okay?"

Blake just nodded before laying his head back down on his mothers chest. Liv and Seb talked for a few more minutes before she thanked him again and started to head for the car. It wasn't until they were driving home that Blake spoke up.

"Mommy?"

"Yeah sweetheart?" Liv asked.

"Captain America is my second favorite superhero," He told her.

"Your second favorite? I thought he was your favorite?" She questioned him.

"Not anymore," Blake replied.

Liv was utterly confused and thought that after today and meeting Chris, he would love the captain even more so she asked, "Well who's your favorite then?"

"Bucky," He plainly said.

A smile curled across Olivia's face before she pulled into her parking space and then turned to look at her son and told him, "He's my favorite too."
