Miguel//Blessing

{this takes place at the end of the movie, you are in the land of the dead with Miguel, you both are fading, Ernesto throws him off the edge.}

"Ernesto he's just a kid put him down!" Hector yelled, you were being held back by the twins so you wouldn't get hurt.
"I've worked to hard for my fame, I will not have some kid ruin it for me!" Ernesto yelled and threw Miguel,
"No!" You screamed and broke free from the twins grips, you almost got the the edge but mama Imelda stopped you
"No Y/N!" She said, you turned to her and wrapped your arms a around her and cried into her dress
"Miguel!" You heard Hector say, you turned around and saw Dante drop him down.
"Miguel!" You cried and ran to him, you wrapped you arms around his shoulders and he  wrapped his arms around your waist.
"I thought you were dead!" You cried, he hugged you tighter
"I'm not dying yet." He said making you chuckle a little, you pulled away and smiled at him.
"Papa Hector!" Miguel said, you let go of each other and Miguel ran behind you. You turned around to see Hector on the ground, you walked over and kneeled next to Miguel.
"The sun!" You said pointing, the sun was rising and you both were fading faster.

You could see Miguel's skull now. You had tears in your eyes and grabbed his hand...you were scared, mama Imelda then quickly grabbed a pedal.
"You have our blessing, no conditions.." She said, Hector smiled and nodded.
"No..I-I" Miguel said, you had tears streaming down your face
"We won't forget you Hector! We promise!" You cried, mama Imelda touched Miguel with the pedal and you closed your eyes.

When you opened your eyes again you were back in Ernesto's tomb. You looked at Miguel with wide eyes,
"We have to go come on!" He said helping you to your feet. You two ran out and started running to his house to go see mama coco.

You both ignored the calls from his family and ran into mama Coco's room. Miguel locked the door and you went over to mama coco
"Coco.." You said and knelt down in front of her with Miguel
"Mama coco! You remember your papa Hector right?!" Miguel said panicked, he pulled out the photo of mama Imelda, Hector, and coco.
"This is your papa mama coco!" You said tears starting to form, then the door bursted open
"What are you doing to your mama coco?!" His grandmother said pulling you back from her, Miguel looked at you tears running down his face. You pulled him into a hug and cried hard, you both cried till his grandmother told you to apologize to her

"Mama Coco.." Miguel said pulling away from you, he kicked the guitar on the ground in the process of walking over to her. He looked down at it then at you, you nodded.
"Your papa wanted you to have this." He said picking it up, he sat down next to her.
"Miguel!" His grandmother said, you held up your hand
"Just wait!" You begged her, she stopped and watched Miguel sing remember me. At the end cox was smiling and everyone else was crying
"My papa use to sing that for me.." she said and took Hectors photo out of her night stand.

~~~small time skip~~~
You and Miguel sat out side of his house waiting for your mama to come pick you up.
"I'm probably gonna be ground till I'm 25." You joked making Miguel laugh a little, then he sighed
"I'm sorry I got you stuck in the land of the dead." He apologized, you shrugged
"As weird and as sad as it was, I had fun." You said smiling at him, he smiled back. Your mom soon pulled up, She got out of the car and ran to you
"Oh my baby! I was so worried about you! Don't you ever do that again!! You scared me so much.." she said hugging you, you hugged her back. You pulled away and She looked at Miguel
"Thanks you for keeping her safe." She smiled, he nodded awkwardly.
"Let's going y/n" You mom said, you smiled at Miguel and walked to your car. You looked back at Miguel who waved at you.
"Will you hold on a second mama." You said, she looked at Miguel then smiled and nodded.

You ran back over to Miguel making him confused.
"Y/n, what are you-" He started to say but you cut him off by pressing a kiss to his lips. He was your first kiss and you were his, not that he minded though. After a few seconds you pulled away blushing like mad.
"I'll see you at school Miguel." You said and ran  back to your car, you got in and looked out the window to see Miguel smiling like an idiot.

(Awe! I did a somewhat cute one. I also found this very sad I almost teared up.)
