Chapter 3

By the time I leave Colemart (what a stupid name!) it was 5pm, so go back to me dorm room. By the way I go to collage, I'm just doing a art course but still as I'm not from here they allowed me to dorm here at the University of Hawaii.

I don't have a car yet so I'm forced to walk everywhere unfortunately. I'm hoping from the part time job I just got, by December I'll have enough money to buy a car. Not a brand new car just a second hand car or something.

Just before I get to campus I walk past a house that looked like a frat house. There where three boys siting out the front of it. Two of them looked about my age and the other one looked a bit younger maybe 18 or 19 years old.

One of them with very high hair gave me a smile and waved, I waved back to be polite and kept walking.

My dorm room is quite small and I have to share it with some child gunnies or something. His a 15 year old boy who's studying 2nd year chemistry science. I'm 21 and no where near capable of studying any form of science.

"Hello Trevor what are you studying there?" I ask as he turned around acknowledging my presence. "I'm going over notes from my lecture today on chemical engineering,"he told me.

"Where did you go today?" He asked looking up at me from his desk chair. "I went to finalise the paper work for the part time job I just got," I told him smiling.

"Where?" He asked still looking at me with the most up right respect. I like this kid his very mature.

"Colemart," I said hanging my head in shame. He laughed falling back in his chair.

"Hey just because you get payed to study here doesn't mean everyone does, and that's how I'm going to afford a car so I don't have to walk everywhere," I defend myself.

"True, but still you could have done better than Colemart, my friend works there and he has for years and his pay rate has never gone up," he tells me.

"Whatever Trevor I'm still going earn a bit of side cash that will go towards paying for a car," I smile laying on top of my bed.

"What are you doing tonight Justin?" He asked.

"For one my name is Jc and two nothing. What do you think I'd be doing? I don't even know anyone apart from you, my classes haven't started yet."

"True,"he agreed.

"Would you like to go to a party?" He asked putting his pen behind his ear.

"Sure but if it one of those nerd parties I'll pass," I tell him.

"Trust me it's not even close to being one of those 'nerd' parties," he said with a smirk
