Today my forest is dark
The trees are sad
And all the butterflies have broken wings
The sun cant shine over the shadows
My birds have stopped singing
There is the noise of nothing
Silence
Reaps in my forest
The bugs staying where they are
The spiders not catching any flies
My forest is dark tonight
Where even the moon cant shine through
Where no stars can be wished upon
It feels as if someone has a broken heart
Today
Tonight
My forest is dark
