Anxiety Part Deux

There are a lot of   common  anxiety related     struggles many experience. See if  any of these fit you.

Flying in an  airplane  feeling   uneasy  and  scared  something  will happen     waiting on the runway,during takeoff,while flying and at  landing.  

Riding in an  elevator especially if it has     super high levels like the Space Needle or Empire State bldg.  Feel claustrophobic like you are going to   pass out   or the elevator will   malfunction.

Riding in a car. Feeling like the car will suddenly    go out of control,crash  something  bad.

The mind can be   so fragile. One minute we can be feeling   so  free,happy,excited then just as quickly it turns into  fear,dread,anxiety and   desperation.

Reasons for this vary depending upon  what expert you   listen to. Some meds help relieve the symptoms, while others just mask them. Seeply held beliefs we   pick up  early in life tend to be at the core, and we  do not  consciously recognize  we have these beliefs but   certain circumstances    awake them into  action.  I wish I had a special device to zap  all anxiety   out of existence forever.  Best rememdy again- love          love God Love   yourself love each other.  Love always wants the best for the other person, no selfish desires attached.  Seek to love and allow yourself to be  loved.   Peace
