Ginny's hand curved around her stomach as she lay in bed, letting the sunlight stream in on her, bathing her with warmth. Beside her, Harry lay on his side, breathing deeply as he napped.

She smiled, and with her other hand, ran her hand through his hair gently. His lips twitched in a smile, his eyes fluttering open, revealing his brilliant green eyes.

"We have to go to Ron and Hermione's in less than an hour- I figured I should wake you," she said in a soft voice.

"No, you're good, thanks," Harry sat up and arched his back in a stretch.

"How're you doing?" He asked, propping himself up on his elbows and nodding to Ginny's bulging belly.

"I'm amazing," she grinned, leaning in and gently pressing her lips against Harry's.

Harry leaned closer to Ginny, deepening the kiss. He tossed the pillow Ginny was laying on to the ground, lowering her to the bed. He lifted his shirt off, and threw it to the ground with the pillow.

"Harry," Ginny whispered between kisses.

"Mmm?" He mumbled, working his way down Ginny's neck, planting kisses on her collarbone.

"We... have to be... at Ron and Her...mione's... in twenty minutes," Ginny said, every few words being interrupted with a loving kiss.

Harry sat up, his hair ruffled, chest heaving.

"They always ruin everything, don't they," he said, and they both laughed.

"That they do. Now get dressed," Ginny commanded, standing up. She swished her wand at the pillow on the floor. When she heard a snort from Harry's direction, she shot him a look and stuck her hand up in the air, sending him an unpleasant gesture.

"You wish," he said.

"Um, excuse me? What do you think we were just about to do? How do you think this happened?" She pointed at her growing stomach.

"I'm... I'm sorry... you just... you can't bend over very well," Harry laughed.

"I'm glad you think this is funny," she gave him a mock-stern look, hands on hips.

"Oh it is," he chuckled.

"Put your damn shirt on," she waved her wand at the shirt on the floor, and threw it toward him. It hit him with enough force that Ginny heard a satisfying 'oof' sound.

"I'm going to go get ready," she said matter-of-factly.

"Eighteen minutes!" He called, and she shot him a look that sent him into hysterics again.

A few minutes later, Ginny emerged from the bathroom wearing a tight black shirt that showed off her now-five-month belly, and a pair of jeans. After struggling to button the top of the jeans for about a full minute, she sighed and took them off, replacing them with a slightly-less complimenting pair of jeans with an elastic waist.

She looked at her reflection in the mirror, deciding to just keep her hair in the messy side braid it was currently swept in. She didn't give a damn anymore, and she could care less what anyone at dinner would think.

Still, she felt the need to swipe a bit of concealer over the red blemishes on her skin, and brushing a light coat of mascara (waterproof, of course. With all of these raging hormones, you could never be too safe), before calling it good.

She turned around from her place at the vanity, and spotted Harry staring at her. When he saw her looking at him, he pretended to be looking at his phone.

"You know, it's really believing when the screen is black," she teased.

"I was just admiring you because you're so beautiful," he said, batting his eyelashes.
