V-CARD

CHAPTER 2

Once i changed i decided it was time to call the girls and invite them over for some swimming so i picked up my phone and confrenced called them.

"What was up with today?" Renee asked the minute she picked up.

"Nothing, mom just wanted to tell Derek an i that she was going to see dad for a few weeks" i said getting excited to be on our own for a while.

Once i knew both girls was on the line i invited them over to work on our tans an swim.

"Sure we will see you in 10" Kayla replies an with that both girls an i hang up.

Sitting in my room waiting i knew both girls would have to change so i figured i might as well stay put they would both come up here before going anywhere else.

I started looking at the requirements for my English project when i heard the front door slam an feet coming up the stairs. bursting into my room Kayla asked "what was the deal today with Jett?"

'He's just being helpful i answered fast" hopping both girls would question me any further, i didn't want them to know i was attracted to him.

'He can help me any day" Renee said laughing and shutting my door so we could change.

Before i even realized it i was saying "why don't you both just shut up and change." An with that both girls laughed and started changing.

 We never really cared about changing or trying clothing on in front of one another because we'v always done it. Once done we rush out my bed room door, down the front stair's, Threw the kitchen to the back door and flung it open. When we finally made it out side we realized we weren't the only ones who wanted to enjoy the pool. Derek had invited Tara over along with Jett and Two other guys from school, Danny and Kyle.

"You gonna join us or stand there like dorks" Tara said pulling me outta my world.

"What a bitch" Kayla whispered.

"How about you take the trash out Derek", Renee said nodding her head in Tara's Direction.

Before i could even tell the girls to play nice, Tara Stormed into the house followed by Derek, Who by the way looked like he wanted to laugh.

"She needs to cool down, come on girls get in" Jett said winking at me.

I couldnt help but to suddenly feel self conscious in my black bikini. I didn't  understand it because i had swim with Jett before so I just kept thinking How different he was acting.

"Are you going to let us have all the fun or are you getting in?" Jett asked swimming up to the side of the pool.

Getting in i knew i had to stay away from Jett and keep him from flirting with me so the girls wouldn't ask questions. I did some laps, Keeping away from everyone was pretty easy for the most part, That is up till i bumped into some one swimming and once i realized who it was My face must have turned ten shades of red. I could feel the blush creeping up my neck. Why did my body have to react to him like this to his touch or smile. I have always liked Jett but knew he was off limits because he was my brothers best friend an on top of that i'v always thought that he wasn't into me.

"What ya thinking about?" Jett asked suddenly making me come back from my world. I noticed that it was just Jett and i in the pool.

"Just wondering why you have been so nice to me" I muttered hopping he wouldn't hear, but that failed.

"Because i like you Jamie" where the next words i heard, as my body became trapped in the corner of the pool by his big arms and nice chest.

"My body was on fire and i thought i wouldn't be able to speak but i opened my mouth and sure enough words came out. "What do you mean you like me?" i asked trying to get outta the trap but nothing i tried would work.

Leaning in making His lips close enough to mine for me to feel his hot breath he Whispered "Jamie, I like you". I shuddered from him being so close to me. I wanted tso bad to Lean in and kiss him but my brain was yelling at my body not to.

"Jett, What would Derek think, forget that what would he say?" i asked finally getting some space between us because that question made him uncomfortable.

"He'd kill me just like he told us he would" Jett stated climbing outta the pool and sitting on a lawn chair."He what?" i asked shocked.

"Derek told the guys on the team that you where off limits, an if we tried anything he would snap our necks" Jett said looking at the ground.

Getting outta the pool i was mad, I knew Derek thought he was just being the older brother but he was being more  like a overprotective dad then brother.

I grabbed my towel, It was time to find the girls. I needed to tell them what Jett just said. I knew i wanted to tell them but i couldn't, an wouldn't. They are already driving me crazy about Jett.

I walked by Jett who must have been waiting for me to say something. He grabbed my arm softly making me turn around and look at him.

"Please calm Down Jamie, Derek just thought he was doing right by you", An with that Jett leaned in and kissed my cheek, making my body heat up. I couldn't help but noticed how hot he looked with wet hair and water running down his abs.

I blushed and said "Well now that i know what i know I'm tense, I'm going in the house to shower, I suggest you find Derek and tell him" I told Jett before walking off into the house.
