Kevin
Athena's question about dreams seems to have stuck itself in my head as I stares out the window, enjoying the scenery before my eyes, with one hand stuffing lunch into my mouth.
The weird thing is, why would a teenager asks something about a dream? I don't think she's the type to believe in unicorns and rainbows.
"Hey Nick? Do you believe in dreams?" I asks, which have him staring at me as if I'm a weirdo.
"What dream? Like during your sleep or your dream for the future?"
"Sleep."
"Why would I believe in those kind of dreams? It's not like they're real. They're just-" he stops, stuffing his mouth with bread.
"Just what?" I asks, curious of what he's about to say.
"Dreams. Why would anyone believe in dreams?" he said as he breaks out into laughter, which kind of annoys me.
After for about 5 minutes of laughter, he then stops to wipe his tears, only to find my eyes staring at him, with a fork already in my hand, only waiting to be thrown at him.
"Whoa! Chill out, dude", he says, smirking, with both hands raise to his side, as if a criminal being questioned by a detective.
"Sorry about that", he exclaims as he clears his throat. He then continues, "But seriously dude, what about this 'dream' your going on about?"
"Someone asks me about the same question, but I gave her the same answer you just gave me."
"Who's this her you're talking about? Got yourself a girlfriend already?" he asks, with both brows raising simultaneously.
"Shut up!" I scream, finally able to shut him up.

"Nick, I think it's better if you go home without me. I still have a lot to do and you don't, so you'd better go home now. Seriously, you're just being a nuisance right now", I said, as he continues fooling around about useless things.
He's on duty with me but instead of following the duty rooster, he keeps on spurting out lame jokes, not even budging from his seat.
"Well, if you say so", he said, making his way out of the classroom.
Peace has finally come to me. I sink into my seat as my thoughts went searching for the mysterious girl who I've 'met' yesterday. Athena's face never left my mind, even for a second, eversince we bumped into each other. I just don't know why but the moment I layed my eyes on her, I just feel like I need to protect her as she seems so weak and fragile that the smallest thing can hurt her. While thinking of her, I unexpectedly doze off and is eventually brought into a deep slumber, despite just having my head rested on the rough table.
"Kevin, kevin dear", sounded a voice as rays of bright light shine right in front me, forming a path, leading me to somewhere unknown.
I decided to walk along the divine path, which eventually reveals its beauty as I walk down the path. Everything around me is white, amd nothing else can be seen except for the path I'm walking on. Until, I came to a halt as I see something huge coming into view. There, stands a massive tree, surround with magical auras, that my eyes have never before seen. My jaw drops open to be witnessing such beautiful creation before my eyes. Just then, a sudden ray of light shine right before my eyes, until a lady come from the sky, landing right in front of me. I was mesmerize to be witnessing such beauty before my very eyes that my jaw drops open for the second time.
"Kevin, how are you? I am here to tell you to take good care of Athena. There will be endless obstacles waiting for her and I want you to always stay with her and protect her with everything you've got. But please don't forget to take care of your own health, as you too, will be facing problems from now on. Until we meet again."
"Arghhh!" I scream.
Sweats are covering my whole body like I seem to just come out of a pool. I take a glimpse at the clock and is surprised to see that it's already so late. I'm already late to go see Athena.
I quickly pack all of my belongings and make my way home.
Now that I think about it, the voice in my dream seems to mention Athena's name, but I can't seem to relate to anything, except for the 'meeting someone named Athena' part.
Is this what Athena's been talking about? Is she having the same dream I just had?
Instead of questioning my own self, I decide to aks Athena herself when I get there.
