Mike Wheeler:

-New to Hawkins, Indiana, Your parents enroll you in Hawkins Middle.

-Walking to class, the party is walking in close proximity ahead of you.

-You slip over nothing and consequently fall over, hitting Mike accidentally as you do.

-He and the party turn to face you and he tells them to go ahead without him.

-He helps you gather your things and walks to class with you where the two of you receive suggestive looks from the party, already in their seats.

-From then on, you and the party became close friends. Especially you and a certain Michael Wheeler.

-Takes place during S1

Will Byers:

-As a young child, you and Will were best friends. Until Middle school that is.

-During Elementary school, your family decided it was best for the family if they moved closer to their jobs, for promotions of course.

-As an 8 year old you didn't really understand the concepts of jobs and so your naive self believed it to be a long-term holiday.

-Until the age of 12, you had no recollection of your friends back in Hawkins. Later, your father/mother was fired and found it best to move back to Hawkins as you had struggled to make friends in California.

-Starting half way through a term, you were reintroduced to Will, who enveloped you in a hug and refused to let go, remembering your friendship as a child.

-However this bond was separated as a few days later, 'The vanishing of Will Byers' occurred, leaving you distraught.

-Takes place slightly before S1

Lucas Sinclair:

-Some time during winter, you had decided to visit the arcade. For no reason in particular.

-Whilst there, you stumbled upon the game 'Crystal Castles' and decided to play. The high score was currently '13587'. Until you played of course, You set the high score to '13752.' You decided to play a different game, opposite to 'Crystal Castles', The new 'Pacman JR'

-Less than 5 minutes later, you could hear 4 boys yelling about a new high score. They read out the name, rather loudly, "Who the Hell is Y/N?!" One yelled. You recognized him as Lucas Sinclair from your grade at school, of course you had never spoken to him though.

-You decided to be brave and walked over to them after finishing your game. You approached the boys and explained that it was you. However none of the boys could believe that an actual girl could play arcade games, let alone beat their high score, they made you prove it.

-Of course you got just below your high score, only by about 10 points maybe, but they believed you nevertheless, with a little persuasion from the creepy manager.

-After that, you started to meet the boys at the arcade every time they went, you would spend hours in there together trying to beat each others high scores and, most of the time, failing miserably.

-Takes place during S2

Dustin Henderson:

-It was late at night and you had decided to take a walk to get away from the things you called parents. Walking past Hawkins Middle School, you decided to stop, knowing you didn't get to go there as your parents insisted on private tutoring. It sucked, you had no friends.
