2103. February, 20

It was the first official day of school at the academy for transfer students. I was the only one who made it into the "Trichotomy" class. I walk around in search for class 2-E. It is in the north corridor of the academy. This academy is actually quite big. I'm in front of the room. I take out my student card key and was about to use the "Unlock" sequence when I sensed people inside the room. Instead, I used the "Visualize" sequence. I close my eyes and saw three boys and two girls. One girl out of the two was someone I've met before. Finally, I unlock the door. When I took a step in, a shriek startled me.

"Hey Guinevere!" It was Kana, the girl that I broke a fall for yesterday.

"You know her already?" A girl asked with a confused expression on her face.

"You're so pretty." I turn to the direction it was coming from, it was two of the boys.

"Hold on everyone! Calm down." The only boy who didn't speak finally spoke. "I'm Evan Morgeux, the male student representative for the "Trichotomy" class."

"I'm Claris, Claris Henderson!" Exclaimed the girl who was confused.

Then the two boys spoke, "I'm Kai Ross."

"And I'm Corren Carter."

"Nice to meet you." I gave them a smile. "I'm Guinevere Harris." I bow in respect.

"Aw! You're one of the most formal transfer students I've known, bowing was unnecessary." I stare in confusion at Claris as she was going crazy about me for bowing.

This is going to be a long day... I look around the classroom, " So there is, Kana, Claris, Kai, Corren, and Evan. Is there only five of you since the beginning of the year?"

"Ah, yes. You see, only the most prodigious student could make it into this class. For all three tests, you must have had at least a result under three seconds." Evan said as he stared out at the window.

"So, what was your fastest times?"

"Mine was during the second test, 2.34 seconds." That speed is pretty fast for a girl like Claris.

"How about you Kana?"

"Hm, it was the first test, I got 1.68 seconds."

"How about you two? Kai? Corren?"

"Let's see.. It was the first test as well, 1.72 seconds."

"And mine was for the first test as well! 2.04 seconds."

I've got an idea on everyone's speed besides Evan. He perks up. "Oh, me too?"

"I would like to know." I gave him a serious look.

"Test three, 203 milli seconds."

This guy, is on the same level as me. That's rare. That means his family has to do with military like mine. I think all of us are though. Suddenly, all of them asked about my fastest result. "What is yours?"

"Test three, speed shooting, 198 milli seconds."

Their eyes widen including Evan's. They gave the look as if "no way".

In unison, "That's impressive."

"Thank you." I went and took a seat.

It was break, I walked through the hallways with Evan, since the rest of them had to get something done. As we walked, girls began to swarm around Evan, just like a harem.
