Her magical ability is complete heal and heat wave.
Complete heal is what happens when she is extremely hurt to the point of near death. What it does is completely heal her and whoever she is touching, but only for ten seconds.
Heat wave is what happens when she is blinded by rage. What it does is make her body extremely hot for 1 minute so anything she touches will burn.
The only thing about this is she will be completely exhausted afterwards, and both are against her will.

The sword itself is a little shorter than her leg, so its fairly long.
