As Kate's parents are back in town from the big alpha meeting they meet then a few days pass by and Kate could pop any minute as her and Humphrey are over the moon with all of the excitement. As the early morning rolls around Humphrey cuddling Kate as they are sleeping Kate feels an intense kick from her belly that wakes her and Humphrey up
Kate: AHAH
Humphrey: KATE, KATE what's wrong are you OK?
Kate: I'm ok my love I just got a bad contraction that's all
Humphrey: are you in labor???
Kate: no I'm not that's just one more step closer to be coming in labor
Humphrey: I will be right by your side
Kate: I know my love
Lily walks through the den
Lily: hey sis- am I in the middle of something?
Humphrey: your fine lily I was just about to go get my mate some breakfast I will be right back
Humphrey leave the den to go get some carbo for Kate
Kate: lily where's Garth I haven't seen him at all today or yesterday?
Lily: he went to hang out with some pack mates since we've been hanging with each other a lot I thought it would be nice for him to get some wolf time with other wolfs
Kate: that's nice of you lily
Lily: how are the pups doing?
Kate: kicking up a storm and it hurts more then ever
Lily: do you know how many your having?
Kate: 2
Lily: that's a small amount compared to your belly
Kate: I know I know
Lily: may I feel?
Kate: you don't have to ask sister
Lily: *puts her paw on Kate's belly and feels the kicks, like they are kicking up a storm* they are are kicking

Lily: KATE ARE YOU OK
Kate: AHHHHHHHH
Lily: KATE ARE YOU GOING INTO LABOR??!
Kate: ok ok it stopped
Lily: Kate are you ok what just happened
Kate: I've been having contractions all
throughout the day which means I'm getting closer to labor
Humphrey walks in with the carbo in his teeth
Humphrey: I RAN AS FAST AS I COULD ARE YOU OK MY LOVE
Kate: Humphrey I'm fine
Lily: THATS SO CUTE
