Everything begins when something fell out of the sky. Out of the blue, a dragon appears.Fairy Tail and the other guilds join up to defeat the mysterious dragon. Will the dragon become the new Acnologia or it can be reasoned with? How will everything...
Walking through the dense forest, any sound could be a reason to hold up, not knowing if it was just a forest animal or the dragon they were looking for.
So far, only false alarms.
Gray and Natsu were growing impatient. But only Natsu voiced his boredom.
"AAAAAAAGHHH!!! This is so boring! Where is that dragon? I wanna fight it!"
Gray replied."Calm down, fire breath. You'll give away our position." He could understand his impatience, but the loud sounds could cause trouble. They could also attract the predators of the forest this way and right now they weren't in any position to waste their magic on meaningless fights, or they would get exhausted faster in the fight with the dragon. Everyone had limits to their magic.
But Natsu retorted. Even after all this time, he was as fired up as ever.
"What was that, ice brain??? Do you wanna fight?"
"Save your energy. You'll need it for the dragon, blockhead."
"I can fight both you and the dragon! Bring it on, Gray---"
Before he could finish the sentence, Erza him in the head, just enough to make him stop.
"Natsu-san, please focus. We are in a very dangerous mission right now. You can fight afterwards."Sting added.
Natsu pouted and rubbed his head. He wanted to reply, but Erza's scary aura was enough to stop him.
Lucy sighed. She still wondered how he could be so full of energy even after all this time. But she guessed that part of him would never disappear. It was endearing at times, but sometimes it could be too much for her, exhausting her mentally.
Sting looked behind at the scene.
"Natsu-san, we're getting close. I can sense the scent of a dragon. Seems that we'll be fighting soon."
That was all that Natsu needed to hear. He was really fired up right now. Excitement was oozing out of him.
Lucy was more impressed with how calm Sting was in this situation. He even politely dismissed the fight and calmed down her fiery friend. That was impressive. She was feeling more than that, however. It was definitely turning into a crush, her cheeks were starting to get a bit flustered.
Happy noticed and snorted.
But she didn't have time to dream nor retort to his snicker, because Sting was not the only one noticing the scent of a dragon. The dragon also noticed them.
"Everyone, stand your ground. Seems we're going to have a fight soon. Get ready." Laxus added. He was a bit nervous, but let little to show.
The earth trembled. Soon a black figure appeared. The dragon was massive. Acnologia looked like a baby compared to it. The dragon lingered a bit and opened its mouth. He was capable of speech, that much was clear, but the language was unknown. It sounded out of this world. Meaning, to Lucy, who soon realized it, that it came indeed from another realm.
If only they understood it's language. But before any of them could reply, Natsu jumped in on the dragon, yelling at it.
"We don't understand what you're saying, but we're not letting you hurt anyone."
The dragon did not understand them either and took it as a sign of hostility. It wasted no time to attack, using his tail.
It then immediately used his massive hands to crush them, and force them to back off.
The impact threw some of them off, including Lucy. Natsu was holding onto the dragon and wanted to jump and save her from hitting the ground, but he was beaten to it, as Sting was closer and had been aware. He immediately jumped and caught her in his arms, placing her down safely.
"Lucy-san, you alright? Be careful. I don't want to have anyone hurt. This is pretty dangerous. Make sure to fight at a safe distance. We'll directly take care of the dragon. I'm counting on your support, so make sure to stay safe."with that he took off towards the dragon and Natsu, that were holding onto eachother.
Lucy was definitely getting red right now. He was really something...She could feel her heart jump at what just happened. This was a side of him that she definitely could fall for.
As thanks, she decided in her head to give her best to support them all. Along with the others, they provided distractions whenever the slayers tried to hit with a powerful attack. So far, Laxus was leading in strength, his attacks having the most impact on the dragon.
But the Twin Dragons, Natsu, Gajeel and Wendy were not lower, fighting with their best of strength. And Wendy's buffs really helped everyone.
Lucy turned into her Aquarius outfit, and along with Juvia and Gray, launched a heavy water and ice attack, that blocked the dragon in place for a while, making it easier for the slayers to land precise hits on it.

It seemed as if the dragon was nearly put down, but he did something unexpected. The dragon turned into a shadow mass and disappeared.
It left everyone surprised. This was bad. If it went towards the town it could be dangerous. It was crucial they find it and finish the fight.
For now, they regrouped for a bit of rest and treating their wounds. No one was heavily injured, so Wendy didn't have to exhaust herself healing the small scars and bruises. Once done, they left the place in search for the dragon once more.

Author note: Second part done. I hope they were in character. Sorry I made Natsu a bit immature...I personally see him that he'd never grow out of that fired up state. Not necessarily a bad side though. It's fun to have someone animate things once in a while he he ^^
