I knock on the door, once, twice, thrice before it finally opened, "Louis!"

I embrace my mum tightly, taking in her usual scent. I missed her so much. "Mum,"

"Girls!" she calls out and my sisters came running down the stairs, "LOUIS!" They shriek, making me stumble backwards as they squish me with their affection. "You're a bit taller now," my sister, Lottie acknowledges.

"You've been working out?" I ask as I notice her slimmer figure. "I'd call it, diet Lou." She chuckles and they hug me again. "It's freezing here you know?"

I get in the house, taking off my sneakers to avoid having snow on the newly polished floor.

It's been so long since, and I finally am here, Mark—my stepdad, stands up from the couch and gives a a one-armed hugged, patting me softly.

I let my bag drop to the floor and follow my mum to the kitchen, "Why are you still here?"

"I-I thought umm, uh." I stutter.

"Go upstairs and dress up, silly," She chuckles at me "Dinner will be ready in about an hour."

"Oh, right."

I grab my bag and carry it upstairs. I arrive at my room and it now seems a little smaller than before.

"So mum," I chew my food and take a gulp of water. "How's your bookclub going?"

"It wasn't actually working right, so I had to stop it."

"Why?"

"I just had to, it was a dumb idea anyway," she chuckles and continues chewing. "Oh, and Fizzy's got a boyfriend." I choke on my food, "What?"

"Mum," Fizzy scolds mum and she chuckles.

We all finish dinner and chat on the sitting room. I didn't miss much though. The twins are auditioning for some school activity, Lottie being the team's cheerleading captain, Fizzy being a journalist, and my mum and Mark's wedding anniversary—which was on the other day.

I change into shorts and a plain white shirt, laying down on my bed, today has been very tiring. And somehow I forgot about Harry.

Harry.

I slept with my bestfriend.

I groan and sit up, running a hand through my hair, "Fuck, fUCK."
