As I walk onto the street outside of the home I think of her. I think of her kiss. I think of her smile. How shyly she said her jokes. How confident she was around me. I take a step onto the street and see the a semi coming. It's horn reminding me of her deep cry at 4 am as I rock her back and fourth. A tear wells up in my eye and streams down my cheek as the semi streams down the street. I stop. Stare it dead on and think of her last kiss. I close my eyes for the last time with her on my mind.
