Chapter 1. My New Life

Hi! I just wanna make a little note that these are not my characters. This is based off of a show called 'House of Anubis', but I will have my own story line. I assume you have heard of it since you are clicking on this story. It's basically my version of House of Anubis. I totally recommend this show for everybody! Today was the day, I couldn't believe it. I arrived at Anubis House. Sure, the start of a new school, let alone a new house, was a strange experience. My cousin, Nina, agreed. She was happy that I was coming. We were basically twins, being born on the same day and all. We also believed the same time, though we never asked. As I start to lose myself to my own thoughts, I walk to the door with my things. Today was Nina and I's first term. Though Nina couldn't come today because she didn't have her scholarship money yet. I was at the door when instantly I was grabbed from behind.

"Kat!"

I turned around quickly seeing my sister, Emily.

"Emy!" I screamed, happy to see somebody I know. I hugged her back. She had two guys with her; my other best friends, Brad and Fabian.

"Hey guys!" I waved. Brad gave me a cheeky look, smiling next to his goofy smiling brother.

"Hey Kat! We feel left out. Where's our hugs and screamed names?" Brad asked. I rolled my eyes, hugging Brad.

"You haven't changed at all," I said. He just smiled wider. I hugged Fabian a little longer than his brother. When I pulled away he was blushing and smiling widely.

"How are you, Fabs?" a girl behind us asked. She had curly brown hair and brown eyes. She was a little shorter than me. She smiled at everyone. As she came up next to us, Fabian replied, "Oh hi, Joy. I'm good."

"Great!" Joy said. She said hi to everyone, then turned to me. "Hi, my name's Joy. And you are?"

"Hi, I'm Kat." Brad and Fabian took flanks behind me.

"How do you know Brad and Fabs?" she asks.

"Oh, I know Brad by singing with him. You know, YouTube and a few gigs we did together. We started hanging out and I met Fabian."

"Oh that's cool. Will you be staying?" she replies.

"Uhm, yeah. Anubis House. I don't know which room though."

"You can stay with Amber. She's alone at the moment."

"Who can stay where?" a girl behind Joy asks. She has really long blonde hair and blue eyes.

"The new girl Kat, Amber," Joy said rolling her eyes.

"Oh, I love her outfit!" she exclaimed. "Yes, she can stay with me!"

"Come on, let's go inside," Emily suggested. We enter the main hall, and the Eygptian look took my breath away. I noticed The Eye of Horus on the staircase.

"Beautiful. Isn't it?" Fabian whispered behind me.

"Completely," I replied.

"Hi!" an Asian looking woman said.

"Hi Trudy," Joy answered, hugging her.

"We have a new student," Amber said. The woman they called Trudy, looked at me. "Are you Kat?"

"Yes ma'am " I replied still feeling a little starstruck.

Brad laughed as rolled his eyes making my cheeks grow pink.

I smaked his arm playfully and asked trudy where i was staying.

"You'll be staying with amber my dear and with your sister emily ." Trudy replied .

"Yay!!!! " Amber and Ems yelled so loud i thought my eardrum exploded .

Brad chuckled and so did a two random guys with blond hair.

One with spikey hair and green eyes, one with puffy hair and hazel eyes.

"HI im Eddie, this is Jerome .... Are you the new girl."

"Yeah her name's Kat . Shes the shiney new toy and were going to get her to her room ...so anyways "Brad replied as he was leading me to my room with emily and fabian close on our heels .

"So you know I could have replied for myself " i said as i gave him a glare .

"Yes but then we would have been stuck there for hours " Brad replied with a chuckle .

"Whatever " i said while rolling my eyes

We head for my new room and for hours we spent talking about old times and getting all our things away I could have stayed there for years but the smell of food pulled me out of what felt like home.
