Jay P.O.V
I was in combat class and I was facing off with Russell, one of Cardin's teammates, he was quite impressive with his dust infused daggers but I was better, constantly dodging his blades and then hitting or shooting him with my weapon, pissing him off quite well. He rushed at me and managed to land a slice on my left arm in the barrage of hits, I parried his strike and sweeped him and smashed the end of my axe into his stomach, he still had some aura left so I picked him up by the neck without thinking and then something that I never thought could happen did, some voice whispered into my ear

Voice: "You should just kill him, he's a waste of space anyway"

Hearing this shook me and Russell took the advantage and backflipped off me, before I could recover he drop kicked me snapping me back into reality. I regained my composure just in time to see him lunging at me, I grabbed him by the wrists and slammed him into the ground, a buzzer sounded ending the match

Goodwitch: "Jay Talion wins the match! You may return to your seats"

I made my way back to my seat and pondered what had happened in my head over an over again in my head thinking about it, Yang took notice on my behavior and tried talking to me

Yang: "Babe are you OK?"

Jay: "Yeah Yang.... I'm fine" I faked a smile trying to convince her, she didn't buy it

Yang: "No. Some things bothering you and you know you can talk about it with me you know?"

Jay: "I know Yang but I'm fine really"

Yang: "Ok, if you say so"

Yang P.O.V
There was something obviously wrong with Jay but knowing him it would be hard to figure out what, I decided to ask his team since they probably know what this is all about, I had told Jaune and Ren to take him into Vale for the day while I talked to his team

Time skip

I opened Jay's dorm room door to see his three teammates all doing their own thing, Liz was lifting with small weights she had, Wes was meditating, and Leon was reading, with his semblance Leon noticed me and put his book down

Leon: "Hello Yang, you wanted to talk with us about something?"

The twins stopped what they were doing and sat on Leon's bed, I sat on Jay's bed

Yang: "Yeah, after his duel with Russell he was acting weird, he kept more quiet than usual for the rest of the day, he looked worried and confused so I thought you three might know what it is"

The three looked at each other with confused faces

Wes: "We don't know either. He only acts like that when the nightmares or flashbacks come back, but he's never acted like that"

Liz: "Yeah that sounds unusual even for him"

Leon: "Hmm. We'll have to talk with him about it, we'll tell you what we can get out of him but I can't promise anything"

Yang: "Thanks, I'm worried about him"

Wes: "We are to Yang"

I left to go back to my dorm to spend time with my team

Jay P.O.V
Jaune, Ren, and I were walking around Vale going to different shops and clubs partying we left after I beat someone in a dance off and he apparently didn't take it to well so we left before his goons could try and kill us

Jaune: "Jay I had no idea you could breakdance like that! You've got to teach me sometime!"

Jay: "Maybe someday Jaune, but for know we need to find another club"
