Broke and Lost

Bacon's POV,   a few days later

Ughh why life gotta be so unfair. My family is poor and starving. I was once sent to jail for  stealing. It was a small thing so I am now released,  but everyone still thinks I am a criminal. It is also still on my records too.

In order to make money, my only option is to find a job. Usually I'm lazy, but now I am willing to work hard and earn money to provide for my family. But here's the problem, How do I get a job?

I hate job interviews. So far I have been rejected everywhere I tried since they still think I'm a criminal. WAAAAHHHH. I AM NOT A CRIMINAL OKAY!

My old best friend Chanyeol once told me that I should ask Suho. Yeah, that guy used to be one of my friends, until I kind of screwed things up........

FLASHBACK

"Yo, Suho! Wassup man" I shouted as soon as I saw Suho walking on the sidewalk.

"Baekhyun you're so loud. People are staring at us now," he said. I looked around. This old lady was giving us some disapproving look from her flower stand.

"Sorry. Anyways listen and promise you won't tell anyone this." I said as I pulled some golden rings out of my pocket.

"WHAT THE-   , where did you get those rings?" he commanded.

"chill relax. Wherever i sto- I mean bought them from, I'm gonna give it to my sister whose gonna get married soon. " I explained to him.

"What?! You're  not thinking I'm a fool right! You better return those rings to wherever you stole them from or I'm gonna tell the cops." he said. Ugh, don't you hate those kind of snitchy people who always have to get you in trouble. Well I didn't expect Suho to be like that.

"NO wait! You know how poor my family is. Please Suho! If I can't give it to my sister, then I can sell it and make money." I tried to explain.

"Oh so you think you can make money off of what you stole. You know how wrong that is! Look I don't support wrong things like that. I am a very honest man who does things the right way. Now return it or I will tell the police," he said.

OMG he's so stubborn and all righteous. Oh no, no, no. If he tells the cops then I will be dead. He's gotta be joking right? Look I can't just give up that easily.

"NO I need this!" I told him stubbornly.

"FINE THEN, you made me do this!" he said before turning around, "POLICE, POLICE! THIS GUY JUST STOLE SOME GOLDEN RINGS!" he shouted. There were some officers around the corner and they came running towards me. I turned to run but Suho grabbed my arm firmly.

The next thing I knew I was handcuffed and dragged away to prison

Yeah I have really hated him since then but you can't blame me, HE CAUSED ME TO BE SENT TO PRISON AND NOW MY REPUTATION IS SO WRECKED

omg calm down baekhyun..... deep breaths......... uggghhhhhhh. Now I have to see him again in order to get a job. This has got to work well. It's my only choice now.

I finally made it to the tall building and entered it. I was greeted by the lady at the desk.

"Hello sir, is there something I can help you with," she asked all politely.

YASS JUST GIMME A JOB ALREADY was what I wanted to say but of course, I had to be all polite. "Hi, I am looking for a job and I would like to speak with Mr. Jun-myeon." was what I said.

"Oh okay, just wait for a second, I will let him know." she said and then started dialing on the phone. "Hi Suho, we have a client who would like to see and speak with you sir." then there was a pause for Suho to reply, "okay then, thank you sir."

With that she hung up and then told me, " You may speak with him. His office is on the third floor, second one to the right."

"Thank you ma'am" I said and then went to the elevator. After I got off, I found Suho' s door and stopped right in front of it.

Suho's POV

I heard the knocks on the door and then told the person to come in. I was wondering who it could be. The door opened and the man entered. He was good looking...... wait a minute...... this guy looks too familiar. WAIT, IS THAT--

"Good afternoon sir." was all he greeted.

"Good afternoon Baekhyun, Why are you here?" I asked him. I paid attention to his expressions and he looked very nervous.

"Okay, you know who I am. We know each other and we were friends. I kind of need your help with something very important," he said.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"I am looking for a job. I was wondering if you had any suggestions." he replied.

"Hmmm..... glad you have finally decided to earn money the right way," I said and he smiled, "you could become  an employee here....." I said. "but first let me see your records"

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Baekhyun look down and bite his lip. I found his records and the first few sentences I saw were all related to crime, especially stealing.

"Suho, I can explain-" he started but I didn't want to hear it. 

"How could you! Even though I got you arrested, you are still commiting more crimes and stealing things. There is NO way you can become an employee here! This is a place for honest and organized people, unlike you!" I yelled at him.

"Suho, please! I really need a job, my family is so poor now that we cant even afford to pay the bills. You don't know how much of a crisis we are in! Please Suho," he begged desparately.

"Get out of here! We don't accept beggars either" I yelled at him.

"FINE THEN! BE LIKE THAT! FROM NOW ON YOU BETTER WATCH OUT AND SLEEP WITH ONE EYE OPEN. YOU'LL NEVER KNOW WHEN I'M COMING AT YOU" he screamed and then went out. 

Wow........ the fool is threatening me now....... pfft as if I'm scared of that idiot. He's just gonna get himself in trouble.
