When He Met Her ( Kakashi x Reader ), Book 2 - Season 3

Chapter 11

~ In the Leaf Village ~

You slowly woke up from your bed and stretched as the sun was lighting up your room. You took another glance at your ring and giggled as you thought about the proposal two days ago.

"I'm going to be Hatake (Name) soon.." you said out loud as your smile grew wider. You then looked around the room and noticed Kakashi wasn't there. You shrugged then did your usual routine and got ready for the day. You went to the kitchen and saw Kakashi reading and drinking coffee. You couldn't help but wrap your arms around him from behind and kiss his cheek. Kakashi chuckled and put his book down on the table then pecked your lips.

"Good morning, did you sleep well?" Kakashi says as he gets up and serves you some coffee. By now, he always prepares breakfast while you prepare dinner. It's a compromise that you both decided on together. You yawned but nodded as you took a seat at the table.

"I did, surprisingly. I have to talk to Tsunade today about my status as a ninja. Hopefully I can convince her to give me less missions or I'm just gonna have to retire all together." You sighed as you rested your head on your hand. Kakashi put your breakfast and coffee in front of you then placed a kiss on your head. You smiled at him as he took your hand.

"I don't doubt Tsunade will prevent you from either choice, but whatever happens just know I'll support you. Alright?" You nodded in response as you both enjoyed the rest of your morning together.

~ Time Skip ~

Both you and Kakashi stood in front of an angry Tsunade. She folded her arms as a tick mark appeared on her forehead.

"You have some nerve to sneak out of the hospital and follow (Name) on her mission, Kakashi. What the hell were you thinking?!" Tsunade said as she glared at Kakashi. They both laughed nervously and sweatdropped. But Kakashi grabbed your hand and smiled.

"I only did it because I felt like if I let her go... I wouldn't have seen her again. I wanted to help her and... I needed to tie the knot in our relationship or else we wouldn't have been able to move forward at all." Kakashi kept his gaze on you and kissed your hand with your ring on it. Tsunade sighed and smiled when she saw the ring.

"So then what's this meeting about, (Name)?" Tsunade said while looking at you, curious to what you would say. You took a deep breathe and looked at her, determined.

"I want to know if I can lessen the amount of missions I receive or if not just retire. I want to be able to stay in the village more than just a couple of weeks." You said to Tsunade, who seemed to be a bit surprised by your request.

"Are you serious? You're just starting to get back into ninja life, you can go up in the ranks to being one of the greatest Jonin we have like Kakashi. Do you really wanna give that up at this point in your life?" Tsunade looked at you questionably. You sighed then smiled directly at Tsunade which left her a bit confused.

"The title and the rank won't mean anything if that means I only rarely get to see Kakashi, Naruto, or any of my friends here in the Leaf. I just want to stay home for a change, I'm tired of living on the edge and always having my guard up. I wanna relax and settle down..." you flashed your signature grin at her. Tsunade sighed and chuckled as she rubbed her temples while smiling.

"I guess with your skills, I'll only send you out in missions if you are the only person capable of fulfilling them. Which does mean you'll be here in the village more, don't complain if you're too bored. Understood?" Tsunade says while smiling at the couple in front of her. You nod your head frantically and hug Kakashi. Finally, a chance for you to breathe and relax at home.

~ To Satoru ~

Satoru was walking through the forest with an angry expression. He was stronger than what he had displayed before, yet he was brought down by a single gaze which infuriated him. He should have had you, and he would have, hadn't the Akatsuki gotten involved.

"Madara and Itachi Uchiha... damn them! (Name) will be mine even if I have to kill her so no one takes her from me again!" Satoru said as he kicked the ground out of frustration. Giggles were heard from behind him as he quickly got into a defensive position. Suddenly, appears the last person he wanted to see, Kyokan.

"I take it your plan wasn't successful, 'Boss'." She continued to mock him until he grabbed her by the throat and slammed her against the ground. Kyokan gasped and struggled for air.

"Don't underestimate me bitch. Those Uchihas made me look like a fool, but I won't let them get away with it. I'm going to get what's mine whether it be in this life or the next." Satoru said as he whispered in Kyokan's ear. Instead of showing fear in her reaction... Kyokan was smirking. Satoru was confused until she kissed him, resulting in Satoru to quickly pull away.

"What the hell was that for?" Satoru said while watching Kyokan get up and seductively approach him.

"I can help you, whether you just want revenge or pleasure~ But we have the same goal and enemy. I want (Name)'s data but I cannot encounter her again because I was threatened by Madara Uchiha. Let's join forces and take our revenge~" Satoru smirked at Kyokan as he pinned her against the tree and began kissing her aggressively. A new unlikely alliance formed, which can only mean trouble for Kakashi and (Name), along with their future.
