-YOUR POV-

tord was explaining the basics of norwegian and I was understanding most of it now and if I didn't get something I'd ask him to repeat that. I had most struggle with reading. after an hour or two Edd yells for us that diner is ready. we go downstairs to the living kitchen and I sit at the diner table. edd brings me my plate with food.

"so what did and tord do?" mama edd asks

"well tord is teaching me norwegian" I say

"really!? how nice of you tord!" mama edd says. and father tord responds with a mhm

-TORD POV- 

I started teaching (y/n) norwegian she is a really fast learner. she'll be a great leader when she grows up. she's tough, smart, knows how to intimidate people and she knows how to defend herself. 

after 2 hours edd called for us to come eat diner. edd asks what me and (y/n) were doing and she tells him that I was teaching her norwegian. edd tells me that that's really nice of me and we continue eating. then tom walks in and (y/n) let's him trip and fall. I laugh and tom glares at me. matt walks in holding a mirror like usual, but he actually puts down the mirror and greets us.

~time skip to end of diner~

-YOUR POV-

edd, tom, tor and matt look at each other before all looking at me.

"why are you guys looking at me like that?" I ask

"well (y/n) me and the guys were talking and... you're going to start going to school Monday" mama edd says and I don't know what to think. Monday is tomorrow i Is school fun? will there be other children? do I have to? do I have to wear an uniform? meany questions cross my mind and I start zoning out

"uhm (y/n)?" tom says while waving his hand in front of my face

"oh... uhm yeah that sounds great, but do I have to wear an uniform?" I ask

"nope! you can wear whatever you want as long as we approve" matt says and I smile at the fact that I'm not forced to wear a dumb skirt or something like that.

"oh and we bought this for you!" edd says handing me a (f/c) backpack.

I open it and I see some school supplies. I love it! but I wanna mess with them.

"I don't like it" I say in a serious voice. they all look very hurt by this.

"but we though-" " because I LOVE IT!!!" I cut edd off and they all sigh in relief.

"glad you like it! it took us all very long to choose a backpack for you because we kept fighting over what color it should be" tord says

"welp I'm tired I am going to bed! goodnight mama edd, papa, dad and father!" I say and I walk to edd's room but matt stops me.

"I was wondering if you wanted to sleep in my room tonight" papa says

"hmmm... sure! why not!?" I say and we walk to his room. I quickly change and go to bed with matt.
