We Got To The Hospital And Waited In The Waiting Room

"I Should've Never Left Her Alone With Him" I Said Crying On Dre's Shoulder. "Something Told Me To Take Her With Me"

"Red It's Not Your Fault" Dre Whispered

He Wrapped His Arms Around Me And Kissed My Forehead.

"We Can Raise Her On Our Own" He Said.

I Felt His Head Raise From Off Of Mine And His Arms Slowly Let Go Of Me. I Looked Up In Time To See Dre Slam Korey's Head Into The Vending Machine. When Korey Hit The Floor Dre Started Punching Him And Kicking Him, It Was A Blur Of Fists And Flashes Of Blood.

I Ran To Them As Fast As I Could And Tried To Hold Dre Back Which Was A Mistake. Before I Could Grab His Arm He Swung Back And Elbowed Me In The Nose.

It Took Doctors, Officers, Nurses, And Random People To Get Dre Off Of Him. A Woman Helped Me Off Of The Ground And Into A Room With Korey.

We Sat In Pure Silence For About 20 Minutes, Then He Spoke

"Red??"

"Korey I Don't Want To Hear Anything You Have To Say"

"But It's About Miracle..We Really Didn't Get Into An Accident"

I Looked Up At Him And Instantly Felt Rage

"I Was Taking Her To My Mama House..But Then Jo Jo Called And Said He Had A Pick Up...So I Went There First" He Said

"Stop!, I Know I'm Not Hearing This Because I Told You Not To Take My Child Over There, And You As My Boyfriend Wouldn't Do That, So Everything You Saying Has To Be A Lie"

"Red Just Listen, I Was In Front Of Peanut House Then Gary Them Came, I Saw Them Coming Down The Street So I Wanted To Get Miracle In The House Cause You Know We Got Beef, And When I Got In The Car That's When The Shots Came"
