Dre and i sat in the car in silence. No one said a word. I looked out the window and starred at a pine tree.
"Are you??" Dre asked
"Am i what??
"Are you pregnant??"
"I honestly don't know Dre; if i knew i would have told you."
"....We need to find out Jaz, and we need to know by today."
"Can you take me to Walgreens??" i asked kind of scared.
"Alrite....you know we more than what you think we are right??" he asked looking at me."
"I knew that the whole friends with benefits thing was over a long time ago Dre." I said keeping my eyes on the tree.
He grabbed my hand and held it in his.
"I love you Jaz"
"I love you too Dre, i'm just scared." i told him finally looking at him.
"It's ok baby, i can take care of you, me, and our baby....but"
"But what??."
"Would i be wrong to ask you for a paternity test??"
