I walk up, and I open the door. I say,"Mom and dad I an home." I didn't sound like anyone was home, so we walked into the living room with a note on the coffee table. We sit down and read it.
Dear Joseph,
We have left for a 3 month trip to Canada. We will be back soon. Sorry we didn't bring you.

"Well that is just perfect for us." I say with a smile on my face. Hayley looks at me with a smile on her face. We head up to my bedroom.
