Chapter 5

Kindles POV

*flashback

"I'm gonna miss you!" ,Ashley muffled as she talked squished by a hug against my shirt. I hug tighter, "I'm gonna miss you too! Your my best friend in the universe and don't you forget that!" "I won't!" ,she replies as we finish hugging. It was the end of April (after the populars dumped her) and she was my best and only friend. When I moved, I never thought that I would see Ashley again (I had no source of communication at the time, I had got a computer and a phone for my birthday days later) I was gonna loose my friend forever, and I never expected to find her, let alone like this, but I'm glad I did... I feel a pang of guilt of thinking of the of the first time I met her

*flashback in a flashback

We were alone at a table and she was new at school, it was the beginning of the school year. she was really cute, I told her about a game I found on YouTube called minecraft. When she looked it up on YouTube at home, she found a guy called SkydoesMinecraft, and was instantly hooked (so was I). Time went on and she said she actually didn't like the populars, but they gravitated towards her, she said she felt like she was hiding something to them because of YouTube. Months went by and they wouldnt leave her alone hardly. And when I told her that I was moving, something inside of her snapped and she became more vocal, I was her only escape from them and now I was leaving... One day she was sitting with me at lunch at my lonely table when another girl walked by as she said something about minecraft. After that word spread instantly and the populars kicked her out as I tried to comfort her as much as I could until I left.

A thought is trapped in my mind now, was us meeting an accident, or destiny?
