Shes gone

Emily's POV

A few hours later I wake up next to Alison in a hospital bed. All the girls were watching us.

"What?" I say

"You and Alison totally kissed!"

Hanna said excitedly.

"Shhh, she's sleeping." I whisper.

"Sorry, but did you guys really kiss?" Hanna quietly ask.

All the girls smile excitedly.

"Nooo..." I say suspiciously.

"Oh my god you guys did!"

Aria added.

"Shhh!" I whisper.

"So... Are you two like you know." Hanna whispers.

"Dating." Aria and Hanna say at the same time.

"I don't know guys... She's dating Noel." I say.

"FUCK NOEL!" Hanna yells.

"Shut up!" We all say to Hanna.

"And... You're dating Ben remember?" Spencer adds.

"Yeah not anymore.." I tear up a bit.

"Em what happened?" Aria asks

"I don't want to talk about it." I reply.

"Guys she's waking up, leave, quick!" I say.

"Ooooh are you going to have some fun?" Hanna says as she winks.

"Han!" We all yell.

They all walk out quickly.

Alison peacefully wakes up.

"Hey Ali." I say pecking her lips.

"I don't think you want to kiss me, I didn't brush my teeth and I have morning breath." She says laughing.

"I will kiss you anytime any day." I say wrapping my arms around her.

She comes closer to me and passionately kisses me, I she kissed me it's heaven. I love her.

I pull away.

"Alison.. I love you but you are dating Noel." I say.

She shows me her hand with a beautiful diamond ring on it.

"He proposed?" I say.

She looks at me sadly.

She passionately kisses me once more.

"Goodbye Emily. I'm sorry."

I walk out of her hospital room in tears. I really lost her. For good.
