At the time that this story took place you'll notice several things about the old me. At the time that these events happened if you had asked me what I think my future would be, I wouldn't be able to answer. I had fully expected to be dead before the future came. I have never thought of me living a normal life. While I still don't I think that what my life has become is more normal than back then.
I sat on what one could barely call a bed looking out at the birds chasing themselves in the beautiful day.
Summer break was almost over and I could feel the autumn breeze on my face. My long light brown hair blew in the wind.
My rooms window was broken and no one had fixed it, My bed was a mattress with a blanket that my friend Leo's mother had made for me and other than that there was nothing but a shattered mirror that had a few parts scattered on the floor.
" Hazel!! I have food for you!!"
Mrs. Hitoro walked into my room with food scraps on a plate.
"Thank you Mrs. Hitoro" I spoke.
I never have considered Mrs. Hitoro as a mother, She's not even really a guardian to me, she just keeps me alive, that's it.
It was now evening and the breeze was getting colder, which sent a shiver down my spine.
" Hazel come down here for a minute!" Mrs. Hiroro yelled.
"I'm taking you out to get some new clothes"
I shook my head and spoke " I don't need new clothes"
" Tomorrows your testing day to see if you get into the school , I'm not letting you go out in those rags" Mrs. Hitoro pointed my clothes, I couldn't argue with that.
As we where walking in the streets I could feel the eyes of the villagers piercing my back line they always do.
When we got to the store I got to pick out a purple dress with leggings that went up to my tights.
Mrs. Hitoro went to pay and I followed her. The store cashiers eyes widened and the colour faded from his face.
" T-t-take the clothes just leave this store!" He screamed at me.
When we got back home I looked on the shattered window on the wall, back looked the broken, shattered reflection of a horrific monster, the akuma. A demon like no other
