The beginning

I read in a story once that Aphrodite was strong, beautiful, majestic.
But the story never really told me anything about Aphrodite's flaws. The book merely described her as perfect beyond compared.

Well, the book was wrong.
Aphrodite was very beautiful and strong.
But she was not perfect, just like everyone els she had her flaws.

To me she wasn't a god, she was a manipulator and extremely good at seducing people. It's how she made me accept her bond.
And that's were my story begins.

My alarm was blaring into my ear making me groan as I slam my hand onto It making it shut up for good.
I hated waking up early in the morning to get ready for school, but I needed to graduate so I could go to college and become a Veterinarian and help animals who get sick.

I loved animals, in fact I love animals more than people.

Sure I loved my mom and dad, and of course Emily but animals are better. They stick to your side no matter what, they didn't care what you looked like as long as you gave them love and affection. You do that and they will stick by your side no matter what.

Unlike some people who only care about themselves.

I'm talking about my parents, all they ever do is work. And when they do come home they sleep, I mean I'm there daughter you would think that after working for along time they would want to spend time with me but they don't.

I honestly hated it here, the only good thing about westview is my friend Emily and the arcade.

You could say that I was a huge video game buff, and when I got my allowance from my so called parents I'd go spend some of it there.

Heaven.....

Confusion seeped threw me as I began to look around the bathroom after hearing that strange feminine voice echo threw the room.

Heaven...

I look into the mirror at my reflection with more curiosity surging threw me as I stare into my light blue eyes before seeing my own reflection disappear before a new one showed up making me let out a scream as I stumbled onto the floor in sheer panic.

The women in my mirror was beautiful, but she was nearly half naked sporting a small golden tiara as her golden eyes shined brighter than the sun itself if that were even possible. I did notice a strange golden glow around her as well as some strange moon shaped tattoos that wrapped around her leg.

If they were even moon tattoos, they were more like strange symbols that looked like a crescent moon, but then again I could be wrong.

The hell?!

I stand back up onto my feet as I nervously looked into this persons golden eyes before she spoke.

We must complete the bond tonight or my life as we know it will perish.

Bond? What bond?

She eyed me intently before she spoke in that angelic voice of hers sending a strange sensation threw my body as she began to explain.

You are meant to be my mate Heaven my lover to be more precise.

My eyes widen as I shook my head before pacing back and fourth.

She's not real, this is all just a dream.
A really confusing dream.

I felt a warm hand touch my shoulder making me squeal as I once again fall to the floor.
My panicked eyes landed on confusing gold as she tilted her head.

You do not need to be afraid of me heaven. For I am a goddess, the goddess of love to be formal.

My name is Aphrodite, And i have come to bond with you.

Again with the whole bond thing, what exactly does bonding do?

I believe you mortals call it sex.

My cheeks Reddened as she climbed on top of me before caressing my cheek as she leaned in towards my own lips before I felt her other hand start to lift up my school uniforms skirt making me panic as I try shoving her away.

You must relax Heaven, your body craves mine just as much as I crave yours.

I-I don't want to do this.

Fear consumed me as her beautiful golden eyes turned into a blood red before I herd a familiar voice start echoing threw the room.

Heaven?
What the hell heaven?! We are goin to be late for school!
Get your ass out of bed before I drag you out!

Confusion consumed me once again as I went to look into red eyes only to see the strange women gone. The bathroom started to fade before I once again herd the familiar blaring noise of my alarm as I blinked my eyes open tiredly.

My light blue eyes connected with deep brown ones making me even more confused as Emily started tugging on me before shutting my alarm up

I swear all you ever do is sleep, get your butt out of bed or will be late!

As I was getting my school uniform on I couldn't help but look into the mirror again as I started to look for golden eyes.

Was it all just a dream?
